Nashville Suite #2: Pet Friendly, Steps Away from Shops and Restaurants.

Located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, the Nashville Suites are the perfect place to stay when exploring Brown County. Initially built in the late 1800s, these suites boast spacious rooms with high ceilings and modern amenities, all within walking distance of the area's best boutiques and restaurants.

Each suite features a separate exterior entrance and off-street parking in the rear of the building, providing extra privacy and convenience during your stay. For larger groups, both suites can be joined to accommodate additional guests.

Guests can take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service to the annual Indiana Wine Fair every April or enjoy various community activities such as the Fall Fair, Spring Blossom Parade, and horse-drawn carriage rides throughout the year.

If you're looking for a relaxing retreat, Suite 2 is a perfect choice. Accessed through a separate staircase, this suite boasts a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and vintage furniture. The full-size kitchen includes modern appliances, while the cozy living room has cable television and high ceilings.

Climbing stairs is required to enter this property.

Rural Environment Notice
Our cabins are located in the beautiful woods and countryside of Brown County, Indiana. While we provide routine professional pest control and keep our homes clean and well-maintained, guests may occasionally see seasonal pests such as mice, flies, lady beetles (Asian beetles), or stink bugs — especially in the fall and spring.

These harmless insects are part of life in a rural setting. We do everything possible to minimize their presence and appreciate your understanding as part of the authentic Brown County experience!

PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: There is a $75 fee per pet. Moondance Vacation Homes proudly donates a portion to the Brown County Humane Society when you bring your pet and pay your pet fee.

ALL EVENTS, DAY GUESTS, AND PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

Don't forget that Suite 2 can also be rented with Suite 1 for larger groups or families. Book your stay at the Nashville Suites for an unforgettable Brown County experience! Suite 2 is accessed through a separate staircase. A spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and vintage furniture offers a relaxing place after a long day. Additionally, guests will find a full-size kitchen complete with modern appliances—the living room has high ceilings, a sofa, and cable television.
Effective July 1, 2025, the county has raised the innkeeper's tax from 5% to 8%.

This place was amazing. Near everything. A nice living room area with tv to relax after a long day exploring Our only complaint would be there was no way to control the heat. It was freezing outside but we were burning up in the unit.

Such a cute little place! It was perfect for me and my friend visiting brown county for the weekend.

Perfect location

Very clean, spacious 1 bedroom in the heart of Nashville. Walk to all of the restaurants and shops. The bathroom/shower is very small, but other than that, plenty of room to relax with a large bedroom, eat in kitchen, and living room with cable TV.

Good launching point for Brown co.

A spacious stay with a lot of character. It had that earlier American quality with antique decorating that reminded me of my grandmother's house of many years ago. Also with easy access to downtown Nashville, with many shops and eateries.

Wasn't so fond of the 2 noisy window AC units. The bathroom needed a lot of improvements, some paint, some prime on the walls, no room to lay anything in preparation after a shower, and speaking of the shower, it was so small it was impossible to bend over to pick anything up off the shower floor without stepping out of the shower. Located near everything in town was a huge plus.

If you want to visit all the shops in downtown Nashville IN, this is the perfect location. Right next to Brozinni Pizza….best pizza!! Went to a concert at the Brown County Music Center….3 minutes away from rental. Very comfortable. All amenities.

Very last minute decision to go to Nashville for NYE and lucky enough to book this property. As soon as you enter this property you feel at home. It is exactly as described only better. Other than being able to hear everything the neighbor is doing, this place is perfect for a get-away. Be sure to take photos of every room when you first get there though, because we needed them to prove damage to the wall was already there when we checked in.
