Located in a peaceful and sought-after neighborhood of Hossegor, this charming 1970s patio villa is set in a small, private residence of just six adjoining homes, nestled among cork oaks and strawberry trees. The pedestrian access from the street leads you through a lovely, wooded setting to the house.

Rated 1 star in 2022, the house offers a simple yet welcoming atmosphere — ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. The ocean and naturist beaches are just 300 meters away as well as the marine lake, with bike paths nearby. The famous Estagnots beach is also within walking distance, and golfers will appreciate the proximity to Hossegor Golf Club (2.9 km) and Seignosse Golf Club(10 minutes by car).
Inside, the ground floor features a laundry area with washing machine and a practical shower room.
The bright living room opens onto a spacious wooden deck (approx. 20 m²)*equipped with a plancha grill and outdoor furniture, perfect for alfresco dining. The open-plan kitchen is compact yet fully equipped with granite countertops, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The air conditioning unit* can be directed either towards the ground floor or upstairs.
Upstairs, under sloped ceilings with Velux windows, are two bedrooms.
The first has two double beds (140 cm), one of which is in a lower-ceilinged area, ideal for children.
The second bedroom offers one double bed (140 cm).
Please note that part of the upper floor has **limited headroom** (under 1.80 m), giving it a cozy, loft-style character.
