Très bien placé et très agréable

Les espaces extérieurs sont super ! En revanche, l'organisation de la maison n'est pas tout à fait adaptée pour 12 personnes : il y a 3 chambres très confortables, mais une est traversante et une autre chambre commune très humide.

Very basic, tired property

We were 9 friends who wanted to enjoy a nice villa and days by the pool and we were disappointed. I would not recommend this villa. The pictures do not represent the current condition. The sofa is stained and now has throws on it to cover the fabric, the kitchen is poorly equipped, the dishwasher leaves terrible stains on the crockery so you have to wash everything again in the sink, the oven does not work well. The coffee machine was broken and replaced with another broken machine. The toaster is cheap, you have to hold the button down to toast bread. Cutlery is cheap mismatched tin cutlery. There were no BBQ utensils when we arrived and therefore some had to be bought for us by Manuela - too late by then as we had lit the BBQ and had to cook with a long spoon. The sheets were very poor quality and cobwebs under the beds. Lightbulbs did not work and the shower in one of the rooms did not drain (we were then given drain unblocker). Light fittings are rusting and dark mildew stains in the bathrooms. One of the 'bedrooms' is actually a walk-through to another triple bedroom and therefore if you sleep in there (no aircon) you have to have people walking through your room to go to their bed, otherwise they must go around the outside of the house and through an external door (only 1 key). The layout of the villa was not as described, it included a single room and a triple room. After complaining about cold water, Manuela told us there is only hot water for 45 minutes (for 9 people!!) so most had cold showers every day. Rooftop bar is just an empty bar, no glasses or electricity. The outside space was good, there is plenty of it, and there was a table tennis table. We didn't have any balls to play with so Manuela had to purchase some for us. I complained to Thomas who refunded us 200 euros however I still would not recommend this villa unless you were a big group who did not really care about quality and prefer location instead. If you are a hen or stag do looking for a Southern location then this may suit you. Manuela, the check in person, was great and tried to help us where she could (unfortunately she could not fix the broken aircon in the lounge) however when I am holiday I do not wish to speak to the check-in person every day with problems which was unfortunate and a waste of precious relaxation time.

Traumhafte Villa in bester Lage

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Der Outdoorbereich ist fantastisch. 5 Minuten zum Flughafen, 5 Minuten zum Blue Marlin, 5 Minuten zum dc10. Die Betreuung war ebenfalls top. Taxis waren jederzeit leicht zu bekommen und konnten die villa immer finden.

Birthday fun

Overall the villa easily housed 9 of us. it was clean, great out door space. good location as were not directly next to any other villas I thought customer service was poor. We arrived late Friday night, the airport taxi drivers did not know where the villa was, luckily one of our party speaks Spanish so between him the driver and eventually getting Valentina on the phone we eventually got to the villa, when we arrived the villa was in darkness. The group was quite nervous at this point as we had no idea where we were. A few mins later Valentina arrived with another person, took us all into the villa although couldn't see where we were going as no lights were on. Valentina immediately mentioned the safety deposit and demanded that we pay it, ( we had already paid this) All of the other guests were present when this conversation was going on and she would not listen to us and we had to get the paper copy of this to show her. I asked if she could firstly show us the rooms as everyone was tired, hot and wanted to put their luggage down. She insisted we got the deposit sorted first. I then had to figure out where the rooms were to allow people to get settled in. I asked her for Taxi numbers and basic information as there is none available in the villa. She told me she would get to that. She never did that night and following morning people wanted to go to the shops but we had no taxi numbers etc and nothing is in walking distance, took a while to get hold of Valentina again, eventually she did gives us a taxi number. The oven didn't work, the villa sleeps 12 but there were only 3 wine glasses, 3-4 cups ( very small). The decor looked a bit tired, could do with a freshen up. The roof top space has no electricity so its very dark at night and its only rope in the boundary area. Great for viewing time during the day or sunbathing We still had a great holiday as the outdoor space is great and suited everyone. Id say for the price we paid basic customer service was not evident and decor inside was old.
