It was a pleasure having you both as our guests. You treated the Condo as if was your own during your 3 month stay! The condo was clean as a whistle during your entire stay, and when you left it was amazingly clean! We are so greatful to have had you both as our guests, and so happy to know you will be returning next winter for 4 whole months! Thank you again for taking such great care of our Condo! See you soon! Brian and Lisa Smith

Kathleen was a great tenant, she communicated with us very well. Most importantly, she treated our Condo as if it were her own. We truly appreciate her! The Condo was left in very good condition, she was meticulous in cleaning the entire Condo. We hope all our guests are as nice as Kathleen!!

Great Stay!

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The condo is beautiful and located in a perfect area to get to everywhere you want to go. This was our first time renting a condo with a view of the water which was perfect, we saw dolphins and even a manatee. Lisa and Brian were great hosts, they would check in with us on a regular basis to see if there was anything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again since we had such a great stay. Thank you both!

Life in Paradise

We had the best time. It felt as if we had an extended stay at a resort. There were daily activities scheduled, social gatherings at the pool and quiet times at the condo. We had the best view from the balcony/lanai relaxing as we sipped a cool beverage. We had a couple of visits from our family with grandkids. They enjoyed the heated pool as much as the beach, just 5 minutes away. The restaurants and bars are plentiful and all casual dining. There is plenty to do in this area. Brian and Lisa were extremely attentive in every way. This is a prize winner. Really a nice place to stay and we would 100% recommend.

Inter coastal hidden gem

The location of this property is perfect! Close to beaches, shopping and parks. The owners were extremely welcoming and very easy to work with. The condo is in great condition and very clean. It was also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a long stay. The residents of this building were very friendly and we made some friends during our stay. And watching dolphins every day from the lanai never gets old! We would highly recommend this property. If it were not for the fact we purchased our own condo, we would definitely be staying here every winter. Thank you for the great accommodations!

We are both professionals just a few years from retirement living in Plant City Fl. We use this property for family to come and enjoy during the off season. We are a "hands on" owner that takes great pride in ownership. Our guest's wellbeing and safety are our 1# goal. This Condo has been owned by our family since 2009. We rent exclusively through VRBO once a year to help offset the yearly maintenance cost.
