Beautiful house by the lake

Location of the house is good with a short walk into Garda town. The accommodation is spacious for 6 and the pool was larger than it looked in the photos (which was a nice surprise). Beds are too hard and resulted in bad experiences for all. More comfortable furniture for the balcony please as the view was lovely but unable to sit outside for long as chairs are very uncomfortable after a couple of minutes. WiFi was not working upon arrival as per the arrival instructions. Sent an email to Domus on the first day of our rental (7 days) about this and access to the room safes but never received any reply. So customer service also needs improvement.

Große, gepflegte Wohnung - ideal für Familien

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im "Cà Gardesana With Pool". Die Lage etwas oberhalb von Garda mit Seeblick und trotzdem fußläufig zu erreichen ist ideal. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten mit viel Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Gut gefällt auch das eingezäunte Grundstück mit sicherem Parkplatz. Die Schlösser zur Wohnung sowie das Tor neben der Einfahrt waren je nach verwendetem Schlüssel recht schwergängig und müssten einmal gewartet werden.

Wir waren vom 28.09.23-02.10.23 zu sechst in der Wohnung.

Unser Fazit: Tolle Wohnung (modern und sauber), schöner sauberer Pool, innerhalb von 5 minuten zu Fuß am See. Freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal Ausreichend Weingläser für 6 Personen

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, bzw. 2 Wohnungen in einer. Ganz ideal so konnte die Jugend für sich sein. Gut ausgestattet, viel Platz, großer Balkon mit Aussicht bis zum See, sehr schöner Pool. Die Lage ist perfekt, in 5 min ist man zu Fuß im Dorf!

Great stay in Garda

Extremely well appointed apartment with wonderful views and in a very handy location. Inside, the apartment was tastefully furnished, spacious and very well presented for our stay. Outside is a secure area with remote controlled gates, well tendered gardens and a lovely clean pool with plenty of sun beds. The apartment has balcony almost all the way around that overlooks the town and out to the lake. We spent many an evening with a glass of wine admiring the views. Arrival instructions were not very clear but you did respond to my phone call promptly and came to meet us in about 20 mins. The days for putting out correct rubbish were not clear , we managed the plastic collection but missed to others. Please provide an up to date collection schedule if guests are expected to get rubbish out on the street. The kitchen could do with some larger water glasses, plenty for wine but only other ones were short. These are small issues as you can see we were very pleased overall.

Great property to explore Lake Garda and the surronding areas

Great property located in a residential area about 10 minutes walk from the main shops, restaurants and lake. Accommodation is in a gated plot and is of a very high standard. The property is in a residential area and has great views of the lake and surrounding areas from the balcony. It shares a good size pool with the other rental property on the plot and has a designated area to park a car or cars as well within the gated plot. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property.
