VRBO Review
We just returned from Brenda's wonderful apartment at LBCC and literally just booked our next two trips there. We love LBCC and its vibe. It was our fourth time we stayed at the complex, but Brenda's place was by far the best of all of the apartments we have stayed in.
We have been coming to Jamaica for over 20 years and have stayed all over the island in all different types of accommodations. Sufficed to stay, we have stayed here the last four times we have been to JA, so it is our favorite. If you like quiet, serenity, and good conversation with both Jamaicans and tourists, then this is the place. We have a routine whereby we enjoy the morning and early afternoon at LBCC pool and beach, and then we go to 7 mile beach, particularly Bloody Bay, Boat Bar, and Bourbon Beach. LBCC gives you the best of both worlds, since you are so close to those other beaches.
Brenda's apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom that is fully updated with everything in excellent working order. While most of the units at LBCC are fairly similar to each other, a couple of things stand out about this one.
First, all the beds are of high quality and very comfortable. That is not always the case. Secondly, one of the main problems we have experienced in other units is the poor quality of the showers. There tends to be bad water pressure and very little hot water. Neither was the case in this unit. In fact, both the hot water and water pressure was perfect....better than my own home.
Additionally, there are three balconies which is great!
Brenda, the owner, is also super nice and the most responsive of any VRBO owner I have dealt with. The house manager, Sher, is also extremely nice and helpful. A genuinely great person!
Finally, it should be noted that each LBCC owner gets to set their own rates. These rates vary widely from unit to unit. Brenda's rates are very reasonable.
I rarely write reviews...this place though, deserves a great one!
