マスターベッドルームからは庭の裏側が見渡せ、朝は数時間日光を浴びてから日陰になり、快適な温度を維持するのに役立ちます。 選択したリネンが洗練されます。

Andrea is really the best host you can find! So very helpful, kind and service minded. Always responds immediately if you have any questions. The apartment is light, fresh and located in a calm area west of the city center. Easy check in/check out. We can really recommend staying here for your next Rome vacation!

The property was well located had lots of room and beautiful windows all around. The kitchen is well equipped, the air conditioning worked well, this shops nearby really enjoyed our stay and will be back hopefully one day.

Bel hébergement , bien situé pour visiter et se balader dans Rome . Il manque juste un micro-ondes et une table extérieure pour manger sur la terrasse, mais à part cela tout va bien .

Arrivato il venerdì con la famiglia e ripartito il martedì. Pochi giorni ma intensi. L' appartamento è delizioso, completo di tutti i confort, sistemato con molto gusto e in una posizione eccezionale. C'è un gradevole e pratico giardino ad uso privato e a pochi metri una vista stupenda della cupola di S. Pietro. Pur essendo a pochi minuti dal Vaticano i rumori del traffico sono totalmente assenti. Assolutamente Consigliato

Apartment offered great space, was very neat and tidy, with washing machine / dryer, a welcome change from smaller apartments or hotel rooms.We suggest guests pre-book online bus passes otherwise lots of walking or uber required to touristic areas. Bus stop is very close.

Hallo Andrea

Wir waren im Juni für fünf Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung in Rom untergebracht. Die gesamte Kommunikation vor der Reise als auch während des Aufenthalts mit Andrea war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, Andrea hat an alles gedacht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, mit einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Und auch die Lage der Wohnung ist top. 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle. Man ist aber auch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten am Petersdom und kann von hier aus auch viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuß erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Andrea für diese schöne Zeit die wir in Ihrer Wohnung verbringen durften.Mandy und Bernd

Fantastic Rome Getaway

Schönes Appartement in perfekter Lage

Es war alles in Ordnung, bis auf das Schlafsofa. Das war leider nicht sehr hygienisch und völlig durchgelegen, Schlafzimmer hingegen top. Auch hätte ich mir einen Wasserkocher gewünscht. Trotzdem ein schönes Appartement in perfekter Lage und super nette Gastgeber

Rome stay

We had a great time in Rome .The apartment is lovely and has everything you could need .It was clean and very comfortable.Andrea was very responsive answering any questions very quickly.It was a 20 min walk to the Vatican , we stopped at a lovely little local coffee shop on the way for breakfast as an added treat , the view of St Peter’s basilica was amazing . The property was super. We did however have a bit of trouble with the door locks but only because we were not familiar with that type. It is a very secure area. The owner was excellent and always answered my many questions quickly. We would highly recommend this property.

great apartment

The apartment is fabulous, lots of space, very clean with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom. The host was very helpful and friendly, she gave lots of help and advice regarding transport links, shops etc. There is a fabulous view of St Peter's at the end of the road and the bus stop is very close by. The apartment is in a residential area, so very peaceful, away from the hustle & bustle of the city. Highly recommended

Beautiful place with one flaw

Andrea was super nice and greatly responsive. Everything was really good, clean, spacious, 2 bus lines close (one 30 yards away) and in 30 minutes you are everywhere. What nobody tells you: from the end of the street outside the house you can see the dome of St Pete's cathedral which is amazing at night. Could you be closer to everything? Yes. Would it be as nice and spacious? Probably not. The only thing I need to are is that there is one window in the bedroom that fits not have blind and the light from a street lantern shines right through it. The curtains in the bedroom do not keep the light out so it's not really dark. Everything else was great. I would go back immediately! Thank you Andrea, thank you Michaela!!

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie war sauber, und schön gelegen, wenn auch etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum. Mit dem Bus kam man aber meist gut überall hin. Es waren wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden könnten, die sind kaum der Rede wert :) Danke Andrea für die tolle Kommunikation!!

Nice apartment in a quite area of Rome

Overall, we felt quite comfortable in the apartment. There are a few small things that could be improved. Cleanliness was an issue for us; we lacked a kettle or a small capsule machine for coffee. As non-Italians, the available espresso pots were unsuitable for us. The toilet seat is smaller than the seat and wobbled. The sofa bed is cannot be recommended, it is almost impossible to sleep on it. Overall, the apartment is nice, what I liked most was the large sun terrace and the quiet, yet close to the city location with very good connections to public buses.
