Super appartement très calme et propre. Le propriétaire est assez disponible et à l'écoute. La localisation est optimale car il y'a des bus pour rejoindre le centre ville sans passer par le métro. Cependant, l'annonce pourrait laisser penser qu'il y'a deux chambres mais en rèalité ce n'est pas le cas. A l'espace séjour ont été rajoutè des lits une place. C'est bien un grand appartement d'une chambre et un séjour modifié. Merci

Guerrino, Maria -Pia, and Alessandro were very friendly and welcoming us to their VRBO apartment. The appartment is very clean, has all essentials to live comfortably for 2 weeks. Hosts provided for us all information about attractions in Rome. Accross the appartment is market that has all fresh produce, meat, and even household items. On plaza close to home is Alimentary store where is fresh milk and meat products, as well. Plus, there is also In's Store where is also a lot of food items available. The Guerrino appartment is the best choice for everyone becsuse it is very quiet, and bus stops just in front of thr building. Thank you, Guerrino for excellent accommodations and your hospitality!

The owner, Guerrino, was very welcoming and helpful.The apartment is very comfortable and clean.It is located across of the market and a there is an easy access to the city center by bus and metro. Also, it is quiet at night, what is very important for a busy travelers.Roman and Katrina

This apartment was excellent for our honeymoon. Outside the main area of Rome where things are quieter but a short walk to the train station to travel to main city area. Apartment was very clean and had all the proper amenities. The bed was a bit hard but we would not hesitate to book this property again. We were very happy with our stay here. The family running this apartment was very kind and helpful.

Rome with the Natives

This a great place to stay if you want to immerse yourself in the day to day culture of Rome. You get to interact with the people who live and work in Rome while having easy access to the city center and tourist attractions.This property is in a residential neighborhood away from crowds of tourists you get to interact with people who live and work in the neighborhood. There is easy access to a number of good places to eat with the residents and stores where you can get groceries and anything else you may need. Access to the tourist attractions and downtown Rome is easy using the Metro system. The Battistini train station is about a kilometer walk away from the apartment, it is a walk straight down 1 street. There are a number bus routes you can use to get around Rome and the bus stops are very close to the apartment. The hosts are very conscientious and the apartment was clean and well equipped. The hosts and his wife do not speak English their son speaks English and facilitates communication. The people in the neighborhood are friendly and helpful, but not many of the people in the neighborhood speak English so getting a translator app for your phone is very helpful if you don’t speak Italian.

Rome Stay

Very clean, enjoyed our stay. The host was very hospitable. The location was a bus and subway ride from the central area of Rome, that took about a half an hour.

The nicest man in family I’ve ever met.

Mr. Guerrino was so nice to me and was readily available for any questions or assistance I needed. His family guided me how to take public transportation to Center, Rome. At any point, I could’ve called him and he would’ve helped me.

Hosts were genuinely thoughtful

The apartment was humble and comfortable. There was a market nearby which was convenient. It was quite a distance from sites we wanted to see, so taxi rides added up quickly, as we werent comfortable taking the metro due to pickpockets/crime. The main bed was fairly comfortable, the other beds were not. All told we enjoyed our stay in Rome

Guerrino and Maria were great ( Alessandro and Mateo- the sons)

It was great since I landed in Rome. Guerrino was on top of the communication through WhatsApp. English speaking people make sure to use translate app to translate in Italian as Guerrino was more comfortably doing Italian conversations . Everything went smooth for our seven days. . We were on a whirlwind tour so we did not see the host that much. .go to the gas station which is next to the building. It’s run by Allessandro, Guerrino’s son. Any questions were answered very quickly. . Maria, wife of Guerrino helped with the dishwasher. Explained us few things. They were very accommodating. Only thing that was off was a charge of 180 euros in cash which was nowhere mentioned in the app as well as in any conversations. Well cest la vie!!!Overall awesome accommodation.

Excellent location for families

We stayed as a family and the host was very helpful and the accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The location is near a small village with pizza restaurants and local eateries - and a 15 min walk to the train station - very convenient. We loved our time here.

Really only slept and showered while using this apt. The place was very clean. Needed a few more blankets and towels. Owner was very nice!!

I was born on 05.05.1944 in Rome and I've always lived in Primavalle, a neighborhood was born around 1930 a few steps from St. Peter. Here I attended my schooling, from kindergarten to high school.
I have done my work at a service station owned by me (near the structure "Holiday") from 1968 to 2000, supported by the collaboration of my wife. Currently this activity is being handled by my children.
Quit his job at the gas I devoted mainly to the management of apartments owned, including some for the activity of "Holiday", activity that
from 2013 with excellent results both economically and human relationships with customers and foreign national.

The real estate in question was made by my father and I was sent for an inheritance. The decision to allocate some apartments to the activity of "Holiday" has gained some years ago under the pressure of an economic crisis which reached gradually also in Italy. In recent years, many reports of rent are entered in suffering because of the crisis affecting consequently also my financial balances. This was the impetus to diversify the management of my real estate, giving life to the activity of "holiday home".
