The condo was very clean but was a little tight for our family of four. The sand and water were beautiful but expect a bit of a hike to get to somewhere with space. Also community pool was clean but there seemed to be a lot of guests smoking there regularly. . Communication was great!

This property was perfect for our family with a fairly close location to the beach. We did have to walk further than anticipated but the beach was amazing. The gate had some issues with not opening on several instances but the issue was handled promptly. Overall the rental was clean and the host responded promptly with any questions. There isn't much of a view from this particular unit as it is on the 1st floor and the back of the building. I would recommend this rental to others and enjoyed our stay.

Great location a few minutes to beach. Please offer at least 3 beach chairs and beach towels, the chairs already set up at the beach are not for condo residents which is weird. Add a box of tissues, a shelf for the towels in bathrooms and some basics like salt and pepper and coffee, I left some there with filters. Pool could have been warmer since it was colder outside. Maixtenance man Rick was so friendly and gave us tips on where to eat and see dolphins. The people of Destin our so incredibly nice, will be back soon!
