It features a 200 m² enclosed south-facing area with two fully enclosed 100 m² wooden terraces (1.50 m high) plus an east-facing terrace.
Ground floor (wheelchair accessible): spacious living/dining rooms with a 140x190 cm sofa bed (two stoves: wood/pellet) with open-plan fitted kitchens, a large dining room for 15 people, a shower room/WC, and a separate WC.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (bedrooms 1 and 3: 140x190cm bed, bedroom 2: 2 single beds (80x200cm) that can be joined together + 1 single bed (80x190cm), bedroom 4: 3 single beds (90x190cm), 2 of which can be joined together), mezzanine with TV (extra bed 110x190cm), bathroom/WC, shower room, and separate WC.
