We have stayed here at least five times and continue to stay on this property because it is so well taken care of, clean and such an easy process from the beginning to the end. Also, the beds are so comfortable!

You're not paying top dollar and so that's what you get in exchange - no view, about 8-10 minute walk to the beach, etc.- but the property is nice and clean. Rosemary Beach is great for a family beach vacation. Beds were comfortable. We had issues with tech and a leak but maintenance was quick. There were absolutely no spices or oil for cooking, except pepper (not even salt).

Perfect For Families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 11th stay to Rosemary Beach and our first in this unit. It was perfect. With two kids, it was roomy, comfortable, an easy walk to the beach, and a great surprise to watch them play on the green space from the balcony in the evenings. Everything was well appointed and clean. Hair driers, washer/drier, a small fan, and even a pack n play if you need it. My husband is picky about two things: a comfy bed and a modern sound/tv system and this one went above and beyond! We’ve stayed in a lot of RB properties, and this is by far the best if you need a little more room but don’t need a big house. Service and communication was great too.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice place but the lack of area information and use of amenities was not very good. Dishwasher wasn’t stable and almost fell inside cabinet before using. No sheets were provided for the fold out sofa nor enough towels provided for guest. After texting with rental office they did get someone right over. Also, The bikes could never be accessed b/c the code didn’t work. After two days of trying and not getting the correct code we gave up!!

First stay in Rosemary beach

This was my family’s first stay in Rosemary and this condo was a fabulous first time rental! It was convenient to everything, clean, equipped with most everything we needed and very easy to utilize. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family! We had a blast!!

Nice property but had issues

This property was nice and clean but we had some issues. When we arrived it was late (11:30 pm) as our flight was delayed 5 hours. We arrived to the property and the code did not work on the door. I called the number provided and was given another code which also did not work. After about 20 minutes and having to walk to the other side of the property to go to the other door, we finally got in. The property listed 2 bikes but the combo provided did not work. Texted the property manager but no reply. We never got to use the bikes. Other issues: Ice maker did not work (had to buy ice) Back patio door did not lock Only one roll of paper towels (had to purchase more) Only two rolls of toilet paper (had to purchase more) We had nice family time but there were some concerns as noted.

If overlooks a nice green area and was quiet and peaceful. We wished the outside patio has been larger but it worked fine for morning coffee and evening cocktail. It was an easy walk to the beach entrance and close to the town center with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great Place

Beach Flat Pass was a great place for our vacation ! The condo was comfortable clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed riding the bikes every day and the location of the property was perfect for us. It was quiet and we enjoyed the green space in front of the condo as well. Thanks so much- we will rent again in the future

Lovely Stay

Our condo was immaculate and both bedrooms were very spacious. There were plenty of towels and supplies. It was only a short walk to the town center where everything was happening. Lovely area, lovely stay.

Great!

Flat was bigger than expected. Everything was great. Only wish there could’ve been at least a few condiments such as salt/pepper, some spices & cooking spray. Would also be great if there were a few chairs and umbrella for use. We left two chairs that hopefully can be used by the next renters. Overall nice accommodations and perfect for our family of 5.
