My mom and I stayed in the carriage home and it was perfect. The only thing that i noted was that the spiral staircase was pretty shakey/wobbly but that wasn’t a big issue. The home is within walking distance of the beach and all the rosemary community pools, restaurants and shops. The property management was great and quick to respond prior to and during our stay. The home was clean including the kitchen which is huge for us. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything about this stay was great! It is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and two different pools. It was very clean and we had ample starter items. Plenty of extra towels. The carriage house had plenty of room for the three of us. There was also a couch downstairs but we didn’t have to use it. Great place and would love to stay there again! We were there for 3 nights.

Mother - Daughter weekend

We had a great time in Rosemary. We were able to walk everywhere. Walk to the beach only a short distance with the boardwalk outside our house going directly to the entrance to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice carriage house

The location is quite nice. Access to all Rosemary Beach amenities in walking distance - beach, dining, shopping bike paths and trails. The residence is nicely out fitted but I will opt for more square footage next time. It's a little tight for three people especially in the kitchen.
