The place was exactly as advertised. The rooms are tidy up, clean, and comfortable beds. The kitchen is very spacious and neat, it has everything I needed and more.... The washroom was big, cleaned and has hot shower. The livingroom has everything you can think of (air-conditioned, standing fan that uses both electricity and battery, etc..). The staff on site (caretaker) was excellent, present when you needed him.

My Stay

Communication with Des has been stellar. I had earlier booked this place for an earlier vacation but came to find out that the location was not in the Okpoigono community as listed on the site; rather it is located at ACP Junction which is nowhere near the Okpoigono. I spoke with Des about it and we were able to work something out. Des was able to accommodate me months later with credits from this reservation. Thanks Des.

Come, Feel the Thrills of Desville: A Cozy Kwabenya Getaway

Des, Des, Des . . . This place is every thing he says. His Apartment Complex is beautiful, well-maintained and truly a home-away from home. He has given much attention to details and making his guests feel welcomed, protected and respected. He and his trusted on-site attendant (Isaac) are very responsive and accomodating. KITCHEN: If you like to prepare your own meals, this home delivers on everything you will need to do so. I suggest taking a Bolt, Uber or Taxi to the ShopRite at the Achimota Mall for all your food stuff and supplies. But the home has every utensil needed to prepare a nice feast and plenty of room in the fridge. OMG, there is a washing machine too! TV & WiFi: I was so pleased and impressed with the entertainment center and awesome sound system. My Amazon Fire TV worked very well in conjunction with the DSTV and I was able to stream Amazon Music & Netflix. POWER & WATER: My stay in Ghana was Awesome! The back-up generator and great water pressure in the shower kept me smiling, cool and calm. Thank you Desmond and Isaac for making my stay in Ghana the BEST vacation I have ever had. Jonathan T. The living room is artistically designed to give a cosmopolitan feeling, the bedrooms are spacious to allow free movements.

The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances : microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, oven, cooker, tea kettle and napkins.

The bathroom and the toilet are fully tiled as white as snow and crystal clear like a mirror.

The toilet has a mini magazine shelf to keep you comfortable! LOL
