It bring the whole time and so it was nice to be able to walk around the track and go to the pool without having to go outside. Great location right on the beach with local food restaurants nearby

The unit was not very clean, bathrooms and floors definitely needing to be cleaned better. Also extremely bright lights in the hallways that stay on all night. I had to tape up something on the outside of the window and hang towels on the inside just so we could sleep at night. I sent a message to the property manager about it and no response. It looked like someone had tried something prior to our stay, so we can’t be the first ones to experience this.

This property met our expectations due to a last minute trip but the resort over all is very old and dated. The carpet in the hallways is stained and smells. The condo we stayed in was decorated and upgraded great. The issues we had are as follows, the listing stated it was a golf course view. We had a tree line view that blocked the golf course .The furniture covers had stains on them and were dirty. The dryer didn't dry our clothes and we had to go to the laundry facility on site to dry them and paid extra. The bathroom with the tub had a fiberglass patch in the bottom of the tub which appeared dirty. Many of the tiles were cracked as well. We will not stay at Hilton Head resort again as it’s very old and dated.

First time on HHI

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved the corner unit and the location of the beach. We used the indoor pool everyday and the kids had a blast. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We hope to make it back sometime!

Great place!

The rooms were nice and had plenty of space. They had plenty of dishes and pots and pans which was nice to have for cooking in. We really enjoyed the screened in porch too.

Great family getaway!

Our entire family was able to come together for a relaxing week at the beach. With the pool, the grill, and the tiki bar at the beach, we barely had to leave the resort. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the condo was welcoming and clean. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful

Plenty of room for my daughters and their children. The indoor pool was a real plus as it rained all day one of the days we visited. Condo is so cute with great amenities. We will plan to return!

Excellent stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The shuttle to the beach was not running due to covid but I think my favorite memories were seeing the wildlife while walking the boardwalk to the beach. The shuttle was definitely not needed. Lots of improvements have been made to the resort and many more coming. This is my new favorite place to stay in Hilton Head.
