Welcome to your newly renovated oasis! This beautifully updated villa, featuring all-new flooring, furnishings, cabinets, counters, and appliances, is designed for ultimate comfort and style.

The spacious, open layout is perfect for family gatherings, offering ample room for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and durable quartz countertops. Everything is brand new, from the utensils and cookware to the dinnerware, ensuring a hassle-free cooking experience.

The dining area features a large table with seating for 8, and seamlessly opens to an expansive living room with comfortable seating and a large wall-mounted TV. Enjoy the outdoors on the private balcony just off the living room.

The master bedroom, outfitted with a king bed, includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom, also with a king bed, uses the hall bath, while the third bedroom offers two queen beds, a private bath, and balcony access. All bedrooms are furnished with new bedding and mattresses, ensuring a restful stay during your beach vacation.

This villa combines modern amenities with a spacious, inviting design, making it the perfect destination for relaxation and enjoyment throughout the year.

Great beach rental in perfect location

We loved our stay at this property! It’s right by the beach with easy public access, everything inside is modern and updated, and the beds were very comfy. The bathrooms were also great. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful place can’t wait to come again!. Walk to beach was not bad. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and plenty of room.Only suggestion to have HVAC checked for bedroom (with 2 queen beds) didn’t cool as should. Laundry facility conveniently right outside unit. (Future guests bring quarters)

Great place!

Really nice remodeled condo! Would stay here again. We enjoyed the large sized condo with bedrooms down the hall away from the main living area. The large kitchen was great for our large group as we did cook breakfast and made lunches. The walk to the beach with 2 toddlers was a bit long but not terrible. We liked being close to Coligny!

This property is beautiful and very clean. Great area near Coligny Beach, shops, restaurants and of course the most important.....the Beach/ocean. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head, and the home was wonderful. Very clean and had all the little things (cooking) you would expect from your kitchen. Grounds were very well kept, and the pool was wonderful after a few hours on the beach. The only recommendation I have is that, according to the VRBO information, the host will send you information on check-in. This isn't correct; there is a vacation agency that handles the check-in process. The emails the agency sent were stopped by spam, and I had to use the AI assistant to get the check-in information.

Fun Place, Easy Walk to the Beach

Great location. Complex as a whole was a bit dated, but this unit in particular was updated and quite nice. The kids enjoyed watching the turtles and fish in the moat.

Great Stay

The unit was great, and the location was as wonderful. We were three adults in the unit and with individual full baths and great kitchen, the stay was excellent. Would rent this unit again without any hesitation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation. The condo was just perfect for my family. I loved how the three bedrooms and baths were set up. The living room tv was was plenty large enough for all to see. We loved the furniture especially the yellow swivel rocking chairs. They were came in handy for rocking our grandbaby! The laundry was just outside the door in the foyer. We brought quarters so it was very convenient to use. The location was across the street from the beach. I wish the path was wider and shorter. My only suggestion would be to get some rugs for the bathrooms, hallway, and kitchen. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Family Vacation

Our stay was great! the location was within walking distance to the beach and Coligny. The pool was nice and private, not many people. This was our first time to Hilton Head and I hope to return someday and explore some more. The Condo was well equipped with Kitchen and Bath needs. Some outside balcony furniture would have been nice to have.

Great Location & Clean/Updated Place!

Overall, we were satisfied with the rental. The location made it very easy to get to the beach and Coligny. It was newly updated when we stayed (March 2024) and very clean upon arrival. The only downsides were that the pool was not heated and the BBQ area was a few minutes walk from the unit. Otherwise, no complaints.

Family Getaway

This condo was spacious and fit our needs well. We had myself, my husband, our 4 year old and ny husband's Mom and her sister stay. The kitchen has everything you need, and it is well decorated and beautiful. It was a very short walk to Coligney beach which was what we wanted. The pool on the property is small, but was great for my daughter. The rental company answered any questions I had and were very nice. Dont hesitate to book this place!

Great property, great location

This is a solid unit that has been completely remodeled and was a great fit for our party of 5. It has a pool in the back of the building and is directly across the street from a beach access path. It's also very close to great shopping at Coligny Plaza. We love all the bike paths that HHI has to offer. If I had a wish list for items that would have made the stay a 5 star rating, it would contain these things: 1. Fix the freon level in the A/C unit that services the attached bedroom with twin beds. It was always considerably warmer in that room than the rest of the condo 2. Replace the super thick comforters with thinner ones that are appropriate for the Summer heat 3. Fix the ice maker on the refrigerator so that it actually dispenses ice cubes and not crushed ice all the time. I had to constantly chip away ice slabs that would freeze and block the ice chute 4. Replace the door knob on the closet door in the bedroom with twin beds. You can't shut the actual door to this bedroom because the closet doorknob sticks out too far 5. Place multiple throw rugs around the unit to help reduce the sand buildup on the floors. All in all, it was a great trip and we enjoyed the condo. Thanks!

No washer/dryer in unit; no private bathroom for 2nd king bedroom

The renovations on this condo were beautiful and the hosts were responsive to any of our questions or concerns. However, the condo itself was disappointing. First, there is no washer or dryer in the unit. There is one in the hallway that the entire floor shares AND it costs $1.00 PER load for the washer AND the dryer. Quarters only. With this three-bedroom unit and 8 people, it cost us $30.00 just to use the washer and dryer for the week. Also, we went to numerous service stations and retail businesses to exchange our money for quarters and had great difficulty doing so. The second king suite was also disappointing. The bathroom for this bedroom was not private, as the description said, it was located out in the hallway. It was so small that the door wouldn’t open all the way without hitting the toilet. Also, there is NO crosswalk to get to the beach access. With a 9-year-old, it was extremely stressful to cross the busy road. There were only two keys/key fobs issued for a three-bedroom unit, which was very inconvenient when someone in our family wanted to do another activity. Lastly, there was no vacuum in this unit. Had my family known about the washer/dryer situation and/or the 2nd king room not having a bathroom other than the one in the hallway, we would not have booked this unit.

Location was great for a short bike ride or walk to Cologne as well as a beach access a short walk across the road that was not too crowded. Parking was excellent. Great location, well priced, and fit our needs well. Only down side was pool area was small and pool was way too hot. If you’re going for the pool experience this would not be a good fit... but if you are a beach goer and like to get out it was perfect! Place was cleaned well on arrival with the exception of sand on the couch area. As well as the shower was clogged. Response from the rental company was excellent. They have both issues taken care of within the hour!!
