A relaxing getaway

Cozy and comfortable with the cutest decor. Walking trails were nice and only 10 minutes from Galena.

Ski getaway

Stayed here for a ski race weekend at Chestnut Mountain. The property was very clean and cozy and just as described. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Weekend in the Galena Territory

We spent a winter weekend in the Territory. The house was neat and warm and very cozy. There are two fireplaces (non-wood burning ) that kept us toasty. The rental provided access to the Territory’s Owners Club and its fitness center, which was a nice plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, charming cottage

My family and I really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this cozy and charming cottage. It was the perfect size, and we had everything we could have needed. With the cold temperatures, we really enjoyed the fireplace which not only warmed up the rooms, but made them extra cozy and relaxing. The cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4 (and dogs), and it was the perfect getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

Great House

Very nice accommodations. Very well appointed. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes, glasses and utensils. Would definitely come back.

Quaint and Quiet

This place is beautiful. The use of space is second to none. Very clean with great decor and furniture. My friend didn't want to leave because it was so cozy. This is out first choice next time we visit Galena.

Very Nice Weekend Getaway

We have stayed at this property four times, and we have had an enjoyable time each visit. We prepare our evening meals at the home, but we have noticed that some of the preparations items (skillets, kitchen utensils, kitchen towels) are in poor condition. The couches in the living room and the dining chairs are also quite worn and need to be replaced. We recommend this property, keeping these issues in mind.

Convenient

Overall it’s a nice, small community of 2 bedroom cottages which back up to a wooded area. The place is clean and comfortable! It was convenient to have two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It was a 10 minute scenic drive to go to Galena!

Galena Get-Away

Great place to stay with nearby access to hiking trails. Downtown Galena is just a short drive away. The kitchen pantry is well stocked with essential items.

Beautiful Cottage!

This was our 2nd time to stay at Stacy's very cute, clean and welcoming home! My husband and little fur babies enjoyed our 3 nights stay!! Friends Quilting Retreat

After a rough start due to bad weather in the Midwest, we were able to delay our trip one day and had a relaxing and enjoyable time sewing with friends. Nice location away from the bustle of town and nice winter waterfall views from the back windows.

Our Second Visit

We happily returned for a second visit to this cute and cozy Settlement home. Excellent view from the large kitchen window, and great use of space in this remodeled home. Great communication with Stacy. Family-friendly and comfortable; we had a great stay!

Early Valentines Stay!

My husband & I were very impressed with the settlement home. We needed a couple of days to relax and that is exactly how the home made you feel. Very cozy & comfortable. Were both looking forward to our next trip to Galena & would definately request this home!! Very Fun trip.
