We just got back from an incredible stay at Leeward Key 805 in Miramar Beach, and this condo was the perfect fit for our family getaway. We actually rented two units in the building—805 and another a few floors down—which made it so easy for our extended family to vacation together while still having space and privacy.Leeward Key 805 is on the 8th floor and has amazing, views from both the living room bedroom and the private balcony. Waking up and seeing that emerald green water every morning never got old! The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated with coastal charm.

Birthday weekend

The condo is great! Nice view of the ocean from 8th flor balcony. We saw dolphins in surf early mornings having our coffee. Kitchen is nice and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Condo is well furnished and decorated. Parking was easy and spacious. Rental staff was very accommodating . I would highly recommend.

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful condo! We have come to Destin for over 10 years and this was by far our favorite condo to stay in. The views off the balcony were spectacular! We could see dolphins swimming in the morning! The property was comfortable for our family of five.

Exactly what we wanted

Condo is fresh, clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed for the week. Decor of the condo feels updated and fresh while still giving that home feeling. View from the deck is wonderful and the location to pool and beach is perfect (across the street). The location is close to everything yet not right in the hustle and bustle. We will def be back!!

Beautiful location

The location was beautiful with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The property was pretty well maintained. We often stay in houses because we are afraid of the noise in a condo, but the location was pretty quite. Any noise was minimal to none after 10pm. We would not hesitate to return!

Beautiful view and perfect location!

Leward Keys is in the perfect location and you cannot beat the views from the balcony. Our kids loved the pool that overlooks the beach and we loved how easily we were able to get in and out of our condo. We've stayed in bigger condos that take longer to get back into the room, across the property, etc. The couch and chairs in the unit could use a deep cleaning but overall our stay was wonderful!

Great Condo, excellent amenities and fantastic location.

I've vacationed in Miramar Beach around 14 times since 1999. I have stayed in condos every time. We loved this condo. Leeward Key has become our favorite location in Miramar. Close to Captain Dave's, Kenny D's and Pompano Joe's, relaxing views of the beach and the beachside pool is a rarity. This unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. It is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo had a spectacular view of the Gulf. Our favourite part of the stay was to sit on the balcony and take in the beach and water. Its within easy drives of grocery, other shops and restaurants. Condo is clean and well appointed. An ideal winter getaway!

Perfect Views! Exceptionally clean

My family and I came for our fall vacation. This place was above and beyond our expectation. Exceptionally clean, did I say clean? The views were stunning, full view of the gulf! Nearby restaurants and shopping. Perfect location! The unit had everything we needed and very spacious. We did not want to leave but all good things come to an end. Definitely worth the stay. We will be back!

As usual Leeward Key didn’t disappoint! Sad to hear they will no longer allow pets for renters, as we have enjoyed staying here these past 5 years. Love the proximity to the beach, restaurants, grocery shopping, such a great place ❤️

Million-dollar View

Large window in master bedroom allows you to watch marine life from your bed. Walk out of the building and across the street for direct private access to the beach. Building was quiet and peaceful in the mornings and evenings. This is a great place to stay in Miramar Beach, Florida.

It’s the oceanfront pool & the views for me

This was our second stay at Leeward Key, first time in this particular unit. We love it because the views are fantastic and it’s a short walk down to the beach. The condo is nicely updated and beautifully decorated.
