Amazing view and loaction

This house was perfect for us and or family and friends. The best part besides the beautiful house and view feom the roof top was its location for our boat. It was perfect to be able to dock right there and when the littles didnt want to go out on the boat the pool and hot tub where a hit. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect property for large family with all the amenities

We love this place right on the lake. It has all the amenities if you have a boat. We have stayed at this house three years now and have enjoyed it so each time. We love that the beach is just a short walk away and we can have our boat with us.

Such a great location. We loved having a private beach area and the pool over looking the lake. We also liked being close to town. It’s about a 15ish min walk to shakes. The house was comfortable and accommodated our large group of 18. The limited parking by the house wasn’t terrible since they have more parking across the street. Trying to cross the busy road was sketchy at times. You have to cross the road to get to the over flow parking and the walking path. The one thing our whole party had a hard time with was the cleanliness of the house. We found an empty beer can in one of the bunk beds so we are assuming the sheets weren’t changed on that bed. The bathroom floors and most of the house haven’t been swept or mopped there were dust bunnies and hair pushed up against the baseboards and in the corners in the bathroom. The bathroom rugs were so dirty. They are a lighter color and were brown from not being cleaned. The Kitchen sink was not cleaned well along with the counters. One of the master bathroom showers had the pink slimy stuff in it. We loved the location and the house set up but wish the house had been cleaned better. We have stayed in many houses in Bear Lake and this house was probably one of the worst when it comes to cleanliness.

Perfect location by the beach

We could not have had a better location or better community to stay in than the legacy Beach resort. Easy access to the beach, swimming pool and our unit was absolutely perfect for our family. Kitchen area was spacious and accommodated the whole group for meals. Bedrooms were clean and abundant with options that fit every family situation. I only wish that a floor plan of the house was available in the ad. That would have helped a lot. I literally spent a couple of hours trying to figure out the floor plan from the descriptions and well I got the basement floor plan correct the main floor and upper floor plan were hard to differentiate from the descriptions.

Location is awesome!

The location of this property is awesome! We have stayed here before. We came again for the location but the cleanliness has gone downhill. Also bring your own dish rags as there are only a couple for you to use.

Just a great place to be!

It was the best place to celebrate our anniversary with family. Love the roof top platform for gathering. Lots of thing to keep occupied. Love to go back . !!!

We are booking this house again!

This house is beautiful and the views from the front room are incredible and only get better as you climb up on the roof. The beach was so nice to have so close. We were unable to use the service tractor to launch our boat because the lake level was too low, however; we had a blast on the beach! There were a couple little issues with the barbecue grill and the fire pit on the roof. If those were fixed I think I would have given this place a five star. Still, we very much enjoyed our stay and are booking again for next year.

Beautiful Home, great location, a few disappointments

We enjoyed our stay overall. The grill wasn’t working well.. tried to bbq for a huge group but the flames weren’t strong enough to cook anything. Fireplace is broken. Top floor gets really hot but temperature couldn’t be adjusted. Location, view, and the house overall was amazing.

Family Ski Trip

We enjoyed the property very much, however, there were a few disappointments. The gas fire place on the roof didn’t work, and apparently the owners have been aware of this for quite some time. The ice maker did not work either and there were not any glass baking or microwave dishes in the kitchen. I even specifically emailed prior to our visit to ask about glass baking dish and was told it was there. Even with these few hiccups, we had a great time! The staff at the property were great!! Launching our boat, answering our questions and bringing us more garbage bags! They were always very helpful and happy!!! There was plenty of room for us in the house to relax. Kitchen table was great for gathering to play games. The roof was a fun place to Star gaze(: Great family Vaca!!!

Wonderful!!

We had a great time here! Beautiful view! Convenient location. The kids had so much fun and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. I did not receive any notification on how to enter the private gate or the home. But the property manager was great and helped us within minutes. Loved this place!

Perfect location, amazing house, with all the amenities we could have hoped for!

Perfect location: on the beach, and less than a mile away from shops, gas, restaurants. House: absolutely incredible. This beach house is really nice. The owners did a great job mixing style: like the tables, fixtures, countertops, colors of cabinets, and comfort: beds, couches, sheets, and bedding, plus a few kitten items that made our lives a lot easier when packing — a BlendTec blender and a crockpot. But seriously, this kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine. A few of my favorite things: this house sleeps 30. The rooftop hangout space is such a great option and the only house on the property to have one. The garage is a perfect game room to keep the kiddos occupied for hours. Amenities: this property has pool/hot tub access and a perfect sandy beach for building sandcastles. If you have wave runners, or other toys, they have giant truck that will launch them for you. Next to the sandy area there is a dock where you can tie off your toys, or carry down kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards (2 are provided with the house) like we did. We had such a great time and are already planning our next trip here.

Great location! Amazing views!

This place has it all. Super clean. The beds were very nice. The view was amazing. We loved the rooftop patio. Location was great. Close to everything. Communication with management was awesome. Very responsive. We had a great time. Kids and adults! Pack n play and high chair on site. Super convenient. We had a blast and highly recommend!

Best big family or group getaway!!

We have 8 kids and wanted to stay somewhere in Bear Lake that was within walking distance to the lake, had a hot tub and plenty of space. Well..,, we got that and MORE with this house! Right off the bat, we fell IN LOVE with the location! It’s right in the heart of Garden City and within STEPS to a private beach with wonderful, soft, castle-making sand. The hot tub was right next to the beach making it perfect to jump into after getting chilled at the lake. Now the house- as soon as we walked in and upstairs to the kitchen/main living room area we were blown away by the unobstructed views of the lake. Plenty of beds for our crew and then some! So clean, furnished nicely, and very stylish. The hosts really went the extra mile to make sure the kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of towels. There was also a game room in their garage, complete with life vests and paddle boards- which we used the heck out of. The hosts were amazing to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to make this a getaway to remember. I can’t recommend this place enough!!! We are going back for sure!!
