Terrazza del Centro

Terrazza del Centro is a beautiful apartment located in the center of the historical area of Cefalù, just a few meters from the main sandy beach (Lungomare) and from the Norman Cathedral of Cefalù (Piazza Duomo).

Terrazza del Centro is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful historical building, and it is divided into two levels:
-On the first level there is a lovely balcony with a view of the sea, living area with a pouf that can be open and becomes a bed, two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.
-On the 2nd level there is a gorgeous terrace overlooking the beaches of Cefalù, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower and a fully equipped spacious kitchen.

The furniture is cozy and the apartment is very comfortable.

Please be aware that the Municipality of Cefalù requires a mandatory tourist tax of 2 euro/person per night, starting from 13 years old, for a maximum of 5 nights (in case of longer reservations the remaining nights will not be charged)

Very nice appartment but be aware more than 50 steps up but worth it !

Lovely terrasse good view of beach quiet neighborhood . Appartment is large and airy! Nothing but salt in kitchen just a warning . Overall great place to stay all the same and loved sitting on terrasse at night . Just a struggle to get three large suitcases up stairs. Person opening up helped very kindly with one case ! Good little wine shop and food shop just up the street and best bread shop in same street as appartment ! Beds were comfortable and nice kitchen with coffee machine and kettle

dejlig lejlighed. Dog noget ældre og lidt mere slidt end billederne indbyder til. lidt nye møbler vil gøre underværker. ellers fin størrelse og gode senge. Vi var udfordret af naboens håndværkere, men fandt en ordning med udlejer. Der dog med fordel en anden gang, kunne tilbyde en anden lejlighed til kunden inden ankomst, når man allerede forventer det kan blive et problem.

The apartment looks exactly as you can see it on pictures, please do not give misleading information as the one about constructions nearby: if they started during the stay there wasn't much we could do, and we actually offered an apartment change by the way but you preferred a partial refund.

Wonderful Location

If you want to be right off of the main Via Corso Rugerro, on a quiet old town street, just minutes from the cultural areas, restaurants, beach, and historic center, then this is the perfect apartment. The location is perfect. Our daily routine started with an easy walk to the beautiful Piazza del Duomo for a Pistachio Granita, cappuccino, and a brioscia. And at the end of the day, if you're preparing to go for an evening meal, pour yourself an aperitivo and catch the sunset from your terrace. Sergio is a wonderful host. He advised us to wait to order the air conditioning until after experiencing the first night of cooler evening temperatures in early October. He was correct- not needed. He was especially helpful in being available to open the apartment for the delivery service bringing our 2 day delayed bags from the Palermo airport. He did this at 7:00 am on a Sunday morning before we were even awake. A very nice gesture. And ask him for his restaurant recommendations. He gave us his 3 favorites. Absolutely fantastic - especially Le Chat Noir, just 3 streets away. Loved every moment of our visit.

Nice and spacious place.

We enjoyed our stay. There was no single stock in the kitchen, when we arrived. No salt, no sugar, no dish-washer soap, no oil, no coffee, no vinager, no bottled water, no wine, no spices, nothing.

Perfect location, clean rental and had everything we needed

Sergio and his team were very helpful and attentive to our needs. He responded promptly and always delivered what I needed! The villa was beautiful and well appointed. I would absolutely rent this villa again. We made friends with the neighbors too and they were friendly and charming and we enjoyed talking with them. Best location!!! We truly loved the location!!! Thank you Sergio for making our stay wonderful
