Bel appartement tres bien situé

Logement très bien placé pour visiter Rome et ses édifices a pieds. Visites a maximum 50 mn de marche. Beaucoup de restaurants a proximité dont un en face semi gastro a prix raisonnable 35€ par personne. Un petit four ou micro onde serait un plus. Point negatif mais propriétaire ne peut rien y faire, voisins au dessus tres bruyants en journée, heureusement le soir aucun bruit, et la rue tres passante donc bruyante avec les touristes la nuit et les travailleurs au matin qui chargent leurs charettes pour le marché quotidien qui se trouve a proximité. Propriétaire tres sympathique, souriante et très reactive qui nous a proposé d elle meme de rester un peu plus longtemps dans le logement si notre avion etait tardif car les locataires suivants arrivaient en soirée.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Zwischen Vatikan und Colosseo gelegen waren die bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten bestens erreichbar. Zwischen dem ganzen Tagesprogramm war die Wohnung ein super Rückzugsort, den wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen können.

Appartement bien situé, dans un quartier vivant !

La description de l'appartement sur l'annonce correspond bien à la réalité. Fiammetta et sa famille nous ont offert un accueil agréable. Ils nous ont également mis à disposition le nécessaire de base pour la cuisine (sel, sucre, huile...). Il serait cependant intéressant d'élargir le créneau d'horaire d'arrivée (15h) car en dehors de celui-ci il faut rajouter un supplément (extra check), indication qui n'était pas suffisamment explicite sur l'annonce en français (Arrivée à 21h dans notre cas). Le point fort de cet appartement est sa situation qui permet de visiter la majorité des sites touristiques à pied et de profiter de jour comme de nuit de l'animation du quartier (marché Campo Di Fiori, restaurants et bars). Attention toutefois aux personnes sensibles aux nuisances nocturnes ou matinales car l'appartement est situé au 1er étage dans une petite rue d'apparence tranquille mais finalement animée. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour à Rome et nous recommandons cet appartement.

Great location, central to Piazza Navona, the Campo, Trastevere and the Jewish Quarter!

Easy access to this comfortable first floor flat on a lively viccolo near the lovely Piazza Farnese. Property manager Fiammetta was very attentive and helpful.

Go mad enjoy Rome

A wonderful place to live, lovely appartement. In a "romantic" noisy street like in old Rome: freight at night ! Who wants to sleep ? So much to enjoy.

Appartamento accogliente nel centro di Roma

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questo appartamento in ottima posizione per visitare e "vivere" il centro di Roma. Tutti i principali luoghi di interesse sono a portata di mano, come pure negozi, locali e ristoranti. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato e sufficientemente spazioso per quattro persone. Data la posizione, prossima a diversi locali e al mercato dei Fiori è inevitabile un po' di rumore in strada in ora tardo serale e alla mattina presto, ma nel nostro caso, in inverno con le finestre chiuse, non è stato un problema. Due cose sono migliorabili: il materasso del divano letto in soggiorno è troppo sottile e scomodo, in bagno c'è solo la vasca e sarebbe più comoda la doccia.

Wohnung liegt angenehm zentral. Man belginötigt keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel .

Das Lokal unter dem Fenster lässt einem die Nacht etwas länger werden. Vielleicht könnte man in der Küche einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher hinzufügen. Auch ist die Auswahl an Gläsern nicht sehr groß. Ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne Zeit

Great location, loud bar...

There were so many things to love about this property; we enjoyed its proximity to Campo de Fiori and other great sites in the historic district, and we found the apartment to be plenty roomy and nicely furnished. The downside for us was the very loud bar just across the alley, literally right below our bedroom window; the noise was constant each of the three nights we stayed right up until around 2 a.m. Another challenge was the weak WIFI, but that was only a minor inconvenience. Fluffier towels and better water pressure would be on our wish list for future improvements, but overall, we loved our stay in Rome and think this property is charming.

Situation centrale

Cet appartement présente l'avantage d'être situé au cœur de la ville et permet d'accéder à pied à de nombreux site de très bonne heure avant la foule. L'inconvénient, c'est que la rue, bien que non accessible aux autos, est bruyante les nuits du weekend. Quant aux matins, les commerçants du marché passent de très bonne heure avec des chariots sonores...Donc soit vous avez le sommeil lourd, soit emportez vos boules Quies ! D'autres part de nombreux appartements de la rue sont dédiés aux locations touristiques, ce qui ne permet pas vraiment de se rendre compte de la vie des romains...Toutefois nous avons passé un bon séjour, l'appartement est confortable. A proximité une très bonne boulangerie :" forno Roscioli qui fait de succulents suplizzios et la pâtisserie sicilienne I Dolci di Nonna Vincenza, à deux pas, qui propose de très bon produits ! Si vous avez le temps, allez sur la Via appia antica en vélo le dimanche, il n'y a pas de circulation, pour découvrir un lieu magnifique ! A l’arrêt du bus 118 se trouve une location de vélos dont le site est sur internet.

Localizacion inmejorable, amplio, propietarios muy agradables. Como en casa.

El apartamento está muy bien, grande, super bien situado, tiene todo lo que se necesita. Nos dejaron además de varias toallas, cosas básicas de baño: jabon, gel/champú, secador de pelo, botiquín... Nosotros no echamos de menos el microondas pero quizás otra persona si. Los dueños sin majisimos. Dispuestos a ayudar en todo, te explican todo y una vez te quedas solo te sientes como en casa. Un 10. Volveríamos seguro.

Enjoyed the accommodations and location. Fiammetta met us, provided local perspective, and basics for the apartment. Being steps away from Campo DEI Fiori public market was a good landmark and great resource. Can't wait to return!

Nette zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Schöne, optimal gelegene Wohnung, Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Wohnung sehr nett und sauber. Trotz zentraler Lage auch in der Nacht nicht besonders laut, v. a. kein Verkehrslärm. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl hier und werden bei unserem nächsten Romaufenthalt gerne wiederkommen.

Wohlfühlen mitten in Rom

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, aber mit Spülmaschine! Sonstige Küchenausstattung für Pasta und Salat ausreichend, nicht fürs große Kochen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, flexibel bei der Wohnungsübergabe, hat sich um nicht funktionierendes Gerät sofort gekümmert. Aufgrund der Lage 2 Min. vom Campo de Fiori ist es frühmorgens laut durch die Markthändler - mit Ohropax kein Problem. Kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Metzgerei sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist optimal als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen und Dolce Vita, vieles zufuß erreichbar (Kolosseum und Vatikan ca. 30 Min., Engelsburg ca. 20 Min.), Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Gute Schuhe sind unbedingt erforderlich - überall ist Kopfsteinpflaster!

A Wonderful Rome Apartment!

This apartment was great for our vacation in Rome! It is centrally located by Campo de Fiori (where we did a lot of our food shopping). We walked to all of the major sites - The Vatican, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi). We loved coming back to the cozy apartment after our days of sightseeing. Fiammetta is a wonderful hostess. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and was flexible with our early check out time. She even arranged a taxi to take us to the airport.

Perfect apartment in the centre of Rome

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. It was situated right in the old centre - just off beautiful Campo de Fiori with it's daily market and close to all the main sights. There are good restaurants and bars just on your doorstep and there is a good supermarket very close by. The apartment itself is beautiful with high ceilings and lots of character - we loved the wall-to-wall wardrobe in the bedroom! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bath was lovely and big and everything was very clean. Fiammetta and her husband (and their two young boys!) made us feel so welcome when we arrived and made sure that we had everything we needed. We loved Rome and we would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für die Stadterkundung Roms

Die Lage der Wohnung ist excellent, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Campo de Fiore (Fußweg zwei Minuten. Auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom (z. B. Vatikan, Kollosseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trastevere etc.) sind fußläufig bequem erreichbar. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und vor allem für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Besonders interessant sind die vorhandenen alten Holzdecken, das Haus wurde im 17. Jahrhundert gebaut. Es befindet sich in einer engen Gasse, man wohnt also sehr italienisch authentisch dort. Gestört haben leider zur Nachtzeit etwas die lärmenden Passanten die durch die Gasse zogen, zudem bringen täglich die Marktbetreiber ihre Waren auf lauten Karren zum Markt auf dem Campo de Fiori. Wenn man sich aber nachts mit Oropax bewaffnet, sollte das alles kein Problem sein. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, nochmal an dieser Stelle ein herzlicher Gruß an sie!
