Casa Farina is located in a historic building in Rome. Very bright, quiet and equipped with every comfort.

The 70 sqm apartment consists of a very nice living room, Smart TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom.
Air conditioning, washing machine, heating and free internet connections are available for our guests.
For your safety we provide a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, a smoke carbon monoxide detector and a gas sensor.

Great central location to main attractions. Easy check in and out process. Had everything we needed (family of 4 with 2 teens). Quiet apartment on 3rd floor with elevator.

Home In Rome

Great 2 bedroom apartment in a perfect location. Everything we needed to get out and see Rome. Our property contact Marta was terrific not only with getting us settled in, but with all the details going into the trip, and our airport transfers to and from. Would definitely start here the next time we visit Rome.

Location, location, location

For our family vacation we started here in Rome and this place was perfect for us: clean, easy, bright and very well located for many things. Highly recommend. Will come back!

At our arrival, the flat wasn‘t cleaned and the bed sheets hadn‘t been changed. We went out and when we were back everything was good. The communication with the agency, the neighbourhood and the location of the flat are perfect.

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Rome

L appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter a pied Rome et assez spacieux. Ascenseur pratique pour monter au 3eme étage; climatisation tres appréciable vu les chaleurs l été mais très bruyante.Isolation phonique a améliorer ; nous entendions beaucoup les bruits extérieurs de la chambre.

The apartment was nice, clean and in a great location. I was there during a very hot period in Rome, 34 degrees Celsius and hotter. The apartment is advertised with air conditioning but this was only in the 2 bedrooms. There were fans for the other rooms but generally pretty hot. I really liked the location. Very easy to find coffee, restaurants, pizza, shopping and close to bus lines.
