Nice Apartment

Was an adequate place to stay. Was clean and views breathtaking for sure. Loved the master shower but didn't like it "in" the master bedroom (very awkward); no privacy at all. Would have loved more than three basic bath towels and at least one dish towel. Thank you

Tolle Aussicht

Das Appartement ist ordentlich und sieht auf den ersten Blick auch richtig einladend aus. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wirklich eine Wucht und das Rauschen des Meeres begleitet einen in den Schlaf. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist so aufgestellt, dass man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer hat. Das zweite Badezimmer ist kein eigentliches Badezimmer, sondern ein offener Teil des grossen Schlafzimmers, auch wenn es sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet ist, sollte man wissen, dass man keinerlei Türen hat. Die Küche ist soweit mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Beim Wohnen im Appartement fallen einem allerdings schon einige Mängel auf. Der riesige lange Glastisch wackelt und ist nicht sehr hilfreich, denn er steht bei allem im Weg, vor allem wenn man wie wir zu viert am eigentlichen Esstisch sitzen, kochen oder die Spülmaschine ausräumen möchte. Ausserdem schimmelt die Decke des wirklich kleinen Kinderzimmers. Etwas seltsam finde ich auch, dass die Besitzer ihr Fahrrad im Wohntrakt stehen lassen, so dass man nicht einmal um den Tisch laufen kann. Alles in allem war es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit Gehdistanz zu Strand, Bars und Restaurants.

Vista incrível sobre o Atlântico

A localização do imóvel é muito boa, a vista sobre o oceano Atlântico é fantástica e é notório o esforço para que o alojamento seja o mais confortável possível. A casa estava em processo de remodelação, na altura da nossa estadia, pelo que alguns acabamentos ainda não estavam finalizados. A cozinha está muito bem equipada, com todos os eletrodomésticos essenciais e uma panóplia diversificada de utensílios. Tem estacionamento sempre disponível. O único aspeto a melhorar será a instalação de ar condicionado com função de desumidificador. Devido aos elevados níveis de humidade da zona, as toalhas de praia e a roupa que foi necessário lavar não secavam, o que nos obrigou a recorrer a uma lavandaria para o efeito.

Anniversary Trip

We loved the location & the views from the house were just spectacular. We would definitely recommend this house. We only had two issues with this rental. One is the stairs that lead to the main entrance. This is not kid-friendly, nor is it suitable for older people with walking issues. We even had a hard time getting our luggage down the stairs. There are no guardrails (which is typical of each unit in the complex), but a definite safety issue for children or older adults. The second issue is that the owner needs to provide more towels. We only had 2 bath towels & 2 smaller towels. There were no beach towels. My last comment would be that the owner should provide some instructions for the TV & the washing machine. Overall, we loved the place.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Die Wohnung hatte für uns genau die richtige Größe. Küchen und Badausstattung waren gut. Fenster und Türen waren aufgrund des stetigen Salzwindes leider etwas schwierig zu bedienen. Auch hat uns anfangs der ungewohnte feuchte Geruch gestört. Aber wir haben bemerkt, dass die Vermieterin wirklich viel in die Wohnung investiert hat. Sie war super hilfsbereit als wir ein Problem hatten. Morgens aufzuwachen mit dem Blick aufs Meer und das Rauschen zu hören - einfach fantastisch. Und die Terrasse war optimal für einen Nachmittags Aufenthalt in der Sonne mit Blick aufs Meer.

Could Have Been Amazing

The location of this property if perfect. The views are amazing. The price for what you get is exceptional. If the owner would just put some funds into central heat and cooling, this place would be perfect. I would come back every couple of years. The space heaters are not the way to go. Add a central AC unit that also has a dehumidifier and this place would be perfect. :). The space dehumidifies are also a waste of electricity.

Unfassbar schön, Traumkulisse direkt am Atlantik

Die Wohnung und die Lage führte mehrfach zum WOW!, die Aussicht ist grandios und die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Leider führt die extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit zu einem permanenten klammern Gefühl, stellenweise riecht es daher auch etwas moderig. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Wäsche und Handtücher 100% trocken zu bekommen. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert, die Lage macht alles andere vergessen. Und die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank!

An absolute gem.

An absolutely stunning location, what a view from the bed, looking directly onto the Atlantic ocean, then from the balcony down to the vast beach. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and was spotless. Beautiful walks along the rugged coastline and the food was spectacular. Our daughter had a fantastic day diving from Peniche. Thank you Suzangela, we look forward to returning one day.

Sunset with a View

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sonnenuntergang über dem Atlantik vom Bett aus genießen. Toller Ausblick die Küste entlang bis nach Peniche. In 7 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und auf dem Weg an einer Pastelleria vorbei. Ausflüge nach Peniche, Nazare und Obidos und in Foz de Arelho die Ruhe genießen. Suzan, a special thank you for your support with the body boarding equipment, I have enjoyed the waves.
