Beautiful ocean view

Very pleasant stay. The view was wonderful and we were very close to the beach. We didn't swim much with the rough water so the pool was a great alternative. The condo had enough space and items that we felt at home, not lacking anything. The futon had a broken mechanism so it didn't turn into a bed but as there were only 2 of us we weren't terribly impacted. Overall a great place, we would go back!

on Friday b/4 leaving the next day--our condo had been changed due to HVAC problems to another condo that was further away from the beach and lots more steps to get up to--Our Linen pkg. I purchased was screwed up and didnt get fixed til wednesday afternoon---had problems with realty people getting back with me--finally thursday Donna with sea shore realty got back with me and we solved some problems--Wasn't the vacation I had planned but life sucks anyway--This beong the 2nd time thru VRBO probably wont use you again

No elevator

The queen bed was as hard as the packed sand on the beach! This was not our 1st unit that we agreed on, a day before we left we were notified that the ac unit for our unit was bad and the part to fix it was going to take 4 days to arrive. We were given 2 other units as an option to keep our stay in place or a full refund. We were not able at the last minute to change our plans so we felt was a unit that was on the 3rd floor that would not increase our cost was our best option. Our other option was to take one they had on the 1st floor at an increase of $500.00 for our stay. The property manager said the owner would not lower our price for the 1st floor unit even with the ac issue from the original unit. We will never book at this location again if we can’t get a 1st floor unit, we are not going to go through all those steps again at our age!

Location, location, location!!!

Right on the ocean!! It was perfect!! The loft is quite warm, a stand up fan would help up there. Ceiling fan doesn’t cut it. Internet isn’t worth connecting to, it’s absolutely useless!!

Surf Condos Stay

We had a great time and loved the Surf Condos location. I would suggest a new mattress for the bed as it is not at all comfortable and maybe some directions on turning on the living room TV. lol We had a lot of difficulty in getting it turned on several times throughout the week. Other than that, it is a very nice condo in an ideal location! Thanks for hosting us!

The SURF Condo at Surf City was perfect!

Access to beach, sites & restaurants, boat rental etc... Was amazing!

Perfect escape

Great location; older but clean and welcoming condo with all kitchen items needed (plates, pots, silverware, glassware, etc). Beautiful pool area; easy walk everywhere. Highly recommend for a couple or small family (1-2 young children). Excellent stay 😊

Overall an enjoyable vacation

This property was comfortable. Kitchen dishes/silverware in cabinets were not really "clean", needed to rewash everything before using as there were a lot of dishes and utensils with stuck on food, lipstick marks, etc. Property location was really nice, but we continually had noise issues with people above us. This was the case from the first night we arrived, then the loud running, talking, and banging of things stopped (second floor unit). Day later it started again, guessing with different renters (?). We found it to be very noisy, but we got used to it. The hallway bed (daybed with twin bunk above) was a bit "dodgy", it looked old and dated, and mattress was very thin, you could feel the metal bars underneath. Otherwise it was okay. Just take a close look before you make your decision.
