Direct Beachfront cottage with private dune crossover. Turtle nesting right out back the season is May thru October. 1 hr and 15 to Disney, several restaurants within walking distance from the property. Space center 25 miles north and you can witness amazing launches from the deck. We have bicycles for guest use and the property is located between the Indian river Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean with the world class Sebastian Inlet just 12 miles to the south this area has some of the best fishing

Have stayed here two years in a row. Great location right on the beach. Located near restaurants and other amenities. Host is responsive and when a minor issue came up they were responsive to our needs. Would recommend.

Beach vacation

We loved the view of the ocean! The location was perfect, but the house was not cleaned the best. There was moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot, the toilet was dirty, etc..

Beautiful location

Trying out boats to buy VAYCAY

Absolutely perfect! Quiet, Clean, right on the beach. No traffic or crowds. Private beach. 🏖️ Lovely room setup. Will hope to book for longer stay in future!

Oasis in the sun

The property was well inventoried with an outstanding look at the ocean and sunrises. The host was in constant contact with any information that needed to be provided. I really enjoyed being on the property, with the location being accessible to restaurants and bars.

Perfect location

This condo has a perfect location. This is our second stay and we plan on returning. It's cozy and comfortable. The location and view are awesome as well as the owner is friendly and easy to work with.

could be much better

This property has a fantastic view and wonderful location. The host was quick to respond. Great to have washer and dryer. However, it was not cleaned well at all - crumbs on the counter, sand, crumbs and spots on the floors. The bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. Everything needs updated - the sofas are dirty and uncomfortable, new linens would be good (sheets and towels) - pillows are flat. The internet was sporadic. The laundry tub should be junked!

Killer view

Absolutely stunning view, the beaches were not crowded, neither was the town. The place was comfortable, we felt safe. Hosts were easy to get in touch with, responsive.

Nice Place to stay

Nice place to stay, close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The apartment we stayed in kept losing connectivity to the internet, which was the primary television signal provider. Other than that everything else was great.

Seamless beach access and helpful host

I contacted the host multiple times during our stay with questions and Deana was qiuick to answer every time. The beach is steps away which was so convenient! The restaurant near the property was also convenient, but we never heard any noise or music. We had a lovely visit.
