It has 3 generous sized bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each. Master Bedroom has a walk in closet and en-suite bath that features a vanity with double sinks. Included is free fiber-optic internet with digital TV that enables you to stream cable channels over the internet with 1 gigabit bandwidth.
A 10 minute walk to the public south beach you can enjoy the sun, water and Marco beach sunsets with a meal & cocktail at Sunset Grille.
Caxambas Park is also a 10 minute walk or less.
If you want some quiet down time just relax and read a book in the screened in lanai or by the private beautiful pool area that includes a Tikki hut and BBQ area.
The condo also provides you with beach chairs and towels.
