Great location, condo was updated and beautifully decorated, all the necessities you may need in a rental were available, and a responsive owner that made sure to check in and see if your stay was going well. I would definitely rent from Kathy again! We had a wonderful trip!

Amazing experience

Loved everything about his place and will definitely book again. Condo itself was very clean, updated and stocked nicely with everything you need. Location makes for easy walking to the beach and restaurants.

Perfect Location

This condo had everything we needed to make for a wonderful vacation. The only downside was the ongoing construction which resulted in debris everywhere and the tennis courts were closed but this was no fault of the owner. The owner was great with communication and we would rent here again.

Beautiful Condo!!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this property. It was beautifully decorated and looked even better than the pictures. It is in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!!

Nicely appointed condo. Terrific location near the beach. Comfortable. Nice views. A little noisy, even on the weekend, with construction going on. Not a large nuisance, but noticeable. Overall, a very positive experience and very recommendable.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at several apartments here & this has been by far our favorite! Everything is new and so clean. The apartment has everything you can think to need- I felt so at home. My 11 year old loved having her own little room. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great condo, amazing location, and all the comforts of home.

We plan to make this our "go to" destination for all future events at the JW Marriott. Right across the street, but with all the comforts of home. Hosts were flexible with last minute changes in travel plans. Highly recommend Snook Inn and Crabby Lady.

Excellent experience!

Kathy, the host, was wonderful. We arrived into town early that morning, and although check in wasn't until 4pm, she accommodated us to let us leave our luggage in the condo so we didn't have to lug it around with us all day. The condo was clean, well decorated, and everything we expected from the advertising and photos. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Marco Island Condo

This was a beautiful updated condo with tasteful decor and everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. All high end from kitchen to furnishings. Location was perfect with a beach access right across the street. Many restaurants and shops near by, the Dolphin Explorer 3 hour excursion was fabulous, should not miss that one in particular. Looking forward to our next stay.

Ideal location

The unit was fresh and clean with all the extras you could need in the unit. The only regret was that there were no beach chairs.

Amazing accommodations!

We had the most amazing vacation in Marco Island and this beautiful, updated condo really made the trip! We had plenty of room with our 3 year old son and our infant daughter. The condo had everything you need from towels and sheets to laundry detergent and shampoo, which made traveling with small children so much easier! The location couldn’t be better with a quick walk to the most beautiful beach and plenty of amazing restaurants right in walking distance. The hosts were so helpful every step of the way and we can’t wait to come back!

Everything about the experience of this condo was absolutely spectacular. The place itself was just as pictured. Modern, thoughtful and just so livable. The location can’t be beat. Everything the same as the JW Marriott just not the price! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Perfect on all levels!

Excellent location

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kathy's condo. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the beach! The condo was nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Kathy was an amazing host, very responsive, and provided us with beach chairs and umbrellas. We were traveling with our two kids, ages 5 and 7, and they had a fantastic time. If we ever have the chance to go back, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The location and the views! Our condo is perfect for a short or long term stay, finished with a desire to provide our guests a high end 5 star experience! It is directly across from the beach access path, so you can be on the beach in minutes! It is also a great alternative to the the larger hotels on the island, where you can enjoy more space, a full kitchen, pool, and tennis. The location across from the JW Marriott is great because you can utilize many of the amenities at the JW, from the restaurants, and restrooms while you are enjoying a day at the beach, to the Spa and their beautiful rooftop restaurant Tesoro and the fun 10 k Alley.
