This St. Armand's bayfront estate home has spectacular panoramic views of Sarasota Bay and the downtown city lights. The estate is a Mediterranean-style residence rich in architectural detail, wonderful floor plan and breathtaking views from every room. Walk one block to St. Armand's Circle with over 50 restaurants and shops and another two blocks to spectacular Lido Beach. Relax in the heated infinity pool and spa while looking at the bay. This 6,341 Sq. Ft. estate had 6 bedrooms 5.5 baths, with two Master Suites one upstairs and one downstairs. A gourmet kitchen that boasts Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Upstairs has an amazing entertainment room with plenty of seating and a pool table with spectacular views of the Sarasota Bay. There is a library/game area as well. Plenty of outdoor space to relax around the pool/spa, dine on the deck next to the outdoor grill area, as well as a cozy balcony seating area. Travertine and wood floors, custom cabinetry, gorgeous quartzite, marble and granite throughout the house. Park your boat off the new dock and fish right off the seawall or dock. The boat in the photos is to show size of boat that dock can handle. Property does not come with boat. Everything you would need for an amazing vacation to remember forever. Extravagant Home with serenity and peace throughout

We needed a home to rest, reset and refresh ourselves, we were in town for our son’s medical emergency & follow up care. Our host Deborah was highly attentive to our questions and needs, she was prompt to respond with answers and recommendations. Her care & kindness for our family made all the difference during our stay. She is a gem of a person! :) Their home is fully equipped with a 5 star feel from top to bottom. We travel quite a bit and very experienced with it comes to vacation rental and their house was so clean and comforting when you first walk through the door, WOW! Even with a gnarly storm coming to town, we had the most exciting/interesting time nestled in their castle, we couldn’t be in a more secure and solid house, I kept thanking God for their house, their house is one of the nicest in their community. Going through hurricane Debby with some children is not easy, but with constant communication with Deborah, we felt safe and protected. We will definitely be back again, our boys love swimming in their amazing pool/hot tub and singing/worshipping in their upper living room area with surround sound, is most EPIC!!

Fabulous

This is a fabulous property in an amazing location. Communication was excellent with property owners - they were so patient and understanding of all our questions as we had a large family group. Pool is great with a stunning view of the bay. Water access was wonderful for boat and kayak rentals. Would recommend to everyone!

Family vacation

The house was perfect! Location is key, walking distance to St. Armand’s for dining and shopping. We were able to keep our boat behind the house at the dock making it super convenient for boating. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. It meet all our expectations and then some. Owners are quick to respond and very helpful. We will be back!

Memorable Vacation

House is magnificent. Spacious and immaculate. Infinity pool was awesome. Proximity to Armand Circle was a plus. Short walk to numerous restaurant options. Host was fantastic. Extremely accommodating and the follow up was exceptional. The home is a gem.

Beautiful Home

This home is only in a perfect place on the circle for being in walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, etc. The home was beautiful and in excellent condition. I have rented a lot of homes and some you can tell are rentals, this home is not. Everything is in perfect working order and the directions and hospitality from the manager wonderful. She gave updated info in a timely matter and answered any questions we had about the home by txt within minutes. We are excited to rent this beautiful home again next. Thank you so much for a great experience.

The house was exactly as listed, no surprises! Close to restaurants, spacious right on the water, it even had a dock so the planned boat excursion could pick us up at the house. I would 100% rent again! Host was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

Spring Break 2024

Our family had another fantastic stay at this beautiful property for our spring break. The house is very clean, spacious enough for a large family, and is in the best location for a visit to Sarasota. The owners make everything from start to finish a breeze - they truly are the best! We cannot wait to return again soon!

Truly an Incredible Experience to Stay in this House!!!

Deborah and her husband are exceptional hosts! Deborah personally called me to tell me about the house and answered all of my questions prior to my arrival. Once there, the house exceeded ALL of our expectations! The location is second to none! We literally walked out of our front door and had immediate access to St. Armand's circle (great shops and excellent restaurants)! Our back yard had a beautiful view of Sarasota and Sarasota bay. We saw dolphins in the water behind the house and lots of fish around the clean and new boat dock in our back yard. We easily got our 32 foot center console boat in and out of the dock and were in the main bay within minutes! The house itself is incredible, very clean and seemed brand new! New and clean appliances, big TV's (that easily accessed movies and local shows) and Big windows all along the back of the house allowed us to soak in the bay views all day! The infinity pool and hot tub was clean and crystal clear and allowed us to soak up the sun and enjoy the views all day. The rooms and bathrooms were well appointed, spacious and very, very clean and well maintained! In short, this is a 5/5 star resort house that I cannot say enough good things about. An incredible experience to stay in that house and a lot of great memories made! Our family cannot wait to stay there again in the near future!!

Quick holiday getaway

The light snow forecast out West prompted us to look for another family getaway, and we were lucky to find this property in Sarasota on short notice! As first time VRBO renters, we were not sure what to expect. This property is exactly as it is presented – excellent location, beautiful water views, very clean and spacious. As a family of five, we look for rentals that can accommodate all of us as easily as our own home, and this one did just that. The owner was in touch before our arrival and kindly met us at the property at check-in to go over important details and to show us around the property. Having the dock was a huge bonus; we ended up renting a boat for a few days and were able to keep it right out back rather than dropping it off at the end of each day. You cannot beat the location right off of St. Armands Circle - shopping, restaurants, and beaches all within a short walk. This rental exceeded our expectations! If you are looking for a Sarasota rental, look no further. I highly recommend this property and we will absolutely rent this home again!
