Nearby: Blue lake, Lauzière miniature park and Meygal forest on site, St-Julien-Chapteuil 10 km away (church, Jules Romains museum, climbing site, all shops and services). The parents of the owners ensure the reception and make available part of their land in common (1500 m²). The ground floor consists of a dining room with fully equipped kitchen area, communicating with a large living room with closed fireplace, separate toilet in the laundry room.
