Nearby: Le Chambon-sur-Lignon (all shops and services, 18-hole golf course, adventure course in the forest, outdoor sports resort, swimming pool) at 5 km, Devesset lake (sailing, pedal boats) at 14 km, plateau Vivarais and Haute-Ardèche 3 km. Two lawned terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day (600 m² unfenced garden with 15 m² shaded terrace to the west, garden furniture and barbecue, a second 18 m² terrace facing east with small relaxation room).

On the ground floor, a large living room with kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with TV giving level access to the terrace on the west side. 4 steps: shower room, separate WC, utility room below (a few steps).
