The 2000 square foot house is located on historic Oak Street, with beautiful views, and 9 feet ceilings. Take a lovely 5 minute stroll to the harbor, shops and restaurants. House has a big deck with a webber grill. There is almost a half acre of property which is located on a hill with beautiful views of Boothbay Harbor, especially at night lit up from the fire pit! The house contains premium beds with soft cotton sheets with down comforters. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and tubs. There is also a sunroom with beautiful views of historic Oak Street.
There is also parking for 3 vehicles.

Good location

Overall the house was ok. It’s in a great location to walk to shops and restaurants. The toilet in one bathroom had not been cleaned in a while and the shower in the downstairs bathroom had obviously not been cleaned before our stay. Not filthy but obviously missed during any pre arrival cleaning. Beds were comfortable and parking was no problem at the house. Overall not a bad house, but cleaning service needs to be addressed.

Perfect

The house was ready on time and clean...location was perfect for great walks through town... kitchen has plenty of the essentials.. owner has a wonderful response rate and gave us several ideas on where to have a great dinner...already looking forward to our next trip..

Challenging

Apparently the previous tenants damaged the property. The place was not clean, furniture is outdated, the main TV would not work per the instructions, and the dishwasher was broken. It took some effort but the owner replaced the TV remote and tried to fix the DW but was unable. Somehow we missed the fact that it is NOT air conditioned.

Great location and good size house

We had a lovely stay in Boothbay Harbor. The house is very conveniently located walking distance to the center of town and the ferries. The kitchen, with bbq, was easy to use for cooking. Bedrooms were comfortable. The living room furniture could use a refresh, but was functional. David was also very responsive.
