Just 1 hour from Clermont-Ferrand and 40 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay, on the edge of the Allier Gorges, lies the pretty village of Mazeyrat-d'Allier. Thierry and Isabelle welcome you to this beautiful family home in the peaceful village of Le Monteil. The building, with its typical architecture, sits on a 200 m² fully enclosed and grassed plot of land. It also features a covered terrace and a secure motorcycle garage. Inside, the harmonious decor contributes to a warm and welcoming "family home" atmosphere.
On-site activities include hiking, biking, and motorcycle trails.

Barely 5 minutes away: the small town of Langeac and its numerous shops, markets, the Allier Gorges, fishing, whitewater rafting, the Cévennes tourist train, Romanesque churches, hilltop villages...

A little further: Chavaniac-Lafayette Castle and its park (10 minutes), the Mont Mouchet Resistance Museum, the town of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings... The entrance is through a hall leading to the living room on one side and a dining room with a wood-burning stove on the other, which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with toilet.

A second bathroom (shower and toilet) is located in the motorcycle garage.

The owners live in the same hamlet, making it easy to contact us and find suitable cycling or motorcycle routes.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).

Via the RN102, take the D56 towards Langeac. After about 5 km, turn left towards Le Monteil. The cottage is located on the village square.
