A former independent sheepfold, restored in a contemporary style, where traditional materials blend seamlessly with modern colors in a peaceful setting of meadows and woods.

Nearby: the medieval town of Allègre (8 km) with its gallows and Mont Bar peat bog, St-Paulien (7 km) with its church and water park, and Lake Malaguet (14 km). All shops and services are available in Allègre (8 km) or Saint-Paulien (7 km). All utilities are included. From the terrace (12 m²), you'll have a panoramic view of the 1000 m² grounds, which are terraced down to the stream.

Ground floor (street side), first floor (garden side): living room/kitchen (TV, DVD player, wood-burning stove, firewood provided free of charge), laundry room, WC.

First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 single beds), mezzanine with a small sitting area and 1 double bed accessible by a ladder, shower room.
