Luxurious Upgraded 2nd floor unit over looking 1st hole on 9-hole par 3 golf course that is beautifully manicured.

Prime location...Walking distance to the beach, main pool, restaurant and tiki bar.

1/1 Ocean Villa III unit, in an elevator building. This villa features granite counter tops throughout, high end furnishings, screen patio with a view of the 1st hole of the golf course and a peek of the ocean. The living room has a Murphy bed with a comfortable queen mattress. Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom.

Come and enjoy all the amenities available at our Ocean Front Resort Style Community Ocean Village.

PLEASE NOTE:
The main pool is currently closed for repairs, and the pickle ball courts are temporarily closed as well. (All other amenities are available)
The tiki bar remains open, and there are several pools open as well.
One of the pools and hot tub is located right next to our unit.

Beach

The condo was great - thought it was closer to the beach. Decent beach chairs, a beach umbrella & small cooler would have been nice if provided.

Thank you for being our guest… I apologize you must not have seen all the amenities in the storage area with new beach chairs, umbrella and etc located outside of the unit…there is all sorts of beach gear. We love Ocean Village and this year was wonderful once again. Tammy, our host, was great with communication. Check in was a breeze. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was true to the pictures and listing. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you Tammy.

Great location

Very nice location and great facilities with par 3 golf course and tennis courts nearby. Short walk to pool and beach. Unfortunately, a lot of work was being done so had some noise from the workers on outside of building.

Wonderful

This condo was perfect and in the perfect location. We had to travel inland to Ft Pierce daily so it wasn’t too far from the exit off the island. Great location, the condo was very nice and Tammy provided everything you could possibly need, and was very responsive to questions or general information. Hope to return someday soon.

Fabulous!

Loved this place! Everything is just as described...no reason to leave the resort community with the beach and amenities here. This unit is very clean, attractive, had everything we needed and the owner was super responsive...I think she answered every question within 10 minutes before, during, and after our stay! I look forward to coming back for another stay. Location couldn't be better!

Lovely Ft Pierce getaway

Tamera made sure every aspect of our stay was excellent. Ocean Village is a great place for a quiet getaway , especially if you enjoy staying active. The unit was just as advertised and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Ft Pierce area. We lol forward to visiting again!
