ベッドルームには、清潔なシーツがあらかじめ組み込まれており、各ゲストが使用できるタオルとフェイスクロスが付いています。 シンクのそばには歯ブラシホルダーもあります。 バスタブとシャワーにはシャンプー、リンス、ボディウォッシュが付いているので、持参する必要はありません。 マサナッテンウォーターパークにタオルを提供していないので、マサナッテンウォーターパークに行く予定がある場合は、プールタオルを持参することをお勧めします。

テレビはリビングルーム、マスターベッドルーム、階下のリビングルームにあります。 クイーンベッドルームにはテレビもあります。

Great place!

Layout of the house is perfect for adults and kids. Lots of rooms for the kids, games and play space. Great location, close to all the Massanutten amenities. Highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

We had a great weekend getaway! The house layout was great, plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub! The location of the house was great! Very close to snowtubing, ski area and ice skating!

Fabulous memories with a view on the Mountain!

Mount Chimpmunk was perfect for celebrating a milestone birthday with family and friends; there was plenty of space for younger kiddos to play and for adults to relax and have happy hour every night! We have rented with Marshall now for four years and are never disappointed! We will definitely be back!

Nice house

I really recommended this house. We had very good time in this place. The house was clean and cozy. The children especially liked the room on the first floor, where a lots of entertainment and toys.

Made our celebration special!

The house was perfect for our large family group. We had two sets of grandparents over 80 and the house setup was perfect for our group. The bigger bedrooms and kitchen/living room were all on the same floor with the kitchen and living room, which was perfect for our family with mobility issues. We loved the open plan, the views and the fireplace. It was so special to be together for our daughter’s graduation.Our property manager/owner really went above and beyond; we left a hearing aid charger and the owner helped us get it back asap. It really helped!It was a magical place to stay for a very special weekend.

Best house on the mountain!

By far our best golf tournament so far, the house was immaculate, huge and had a lot to offer. Owner was fantastic. Made our trip all the better!

Great Spot!

We had a great stay and the house was perfect! Very spacious and comfortable with all of the amenities included. Marshall was very responsive and assisted with making sure we were settled. The hot tub, fire pit and corn hole all provided fun for the whole family!

Great view, excellent weekend

I cannot compliment enough how helpful the host was for this property. Great place for a lot of people. Plenty of room to spread out. Great big table for lots of guests to sit around and play games. Will rent here again!

Best View in Massanutten

Awesome house and stay! We had 14 family members ranging from grandparents to grandkids. Plenty of room, plenty of fun. We have stayed several places in Massanutten and I don't think there is a better view anywhere. Perfect location in proximity to all activities in Massanutten! We'll be back!

Family Getaway

The house was wonderful. Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. The only downside I had was the outdoor gas grill didn't get hot enough. The flame was real low which didn't allow for grilling anything besides hot dogs and hamburgers and even those took a long time to cook. Other than that it was GREAT!!!

I can’t say enough about the house and the owner. A last minute getaway for some family time together before our boys left for college. The thoughtfulness by the owners and the extras provided at the rental covered everything we needed to make for a wonderful and memorable weekend. HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic House with a Fantastic Host

The house was fantastic. We had enough room for eveyone and activities while at the house. The cornhole in the back and the firepit on the side of the house was a nice added touch. Any questions or issues that arose the Host was fast to respond and was very helpful. All around our group had a good expirence and I would highly recommend this house and host to any group booking a trip.

Fantastic property perfect for our extended family

We were a group of 3 families with grandparents. Everyone loved our stay at Chipmunk and exploring Shenandoah. All of the facilities at Chipmunk were excellent - the kitchen, barbecues and the bathrooms were all great for us. S'mores at the firepit at night was fun and I managed to take some excellent starry night pictures.The kids also all enjoyed the go karts nearby. Communication with Marshall was excellent throughout. Highly recommended.

Great Family Ski Trip Even with No Snow

Great Family Trip Location. Easy Check In & Check Out. Very Clean House. Plenty of Room in House for Family of 14. Owners Very Easy to Commuincate With. Plenty of Bedding. Plenty of Towles and Basic Supplies. Great Location with Plenty to Do & Eat within 20 mins. We Went to Ski but No Snow, but Found Lots to Do at House and Out and About. Definitely Recommend.

Great family trip

We enjoyed our stay at Mount Chipmunk! Check in was easy with accurate instructions. Communication will the owner was outstanding! We had a minor problem with the HVAC that was taken care of quickly and professionally. A+ The house itself was clean and decorated well. Many details were taken care of to make the stay easy like, paper towels, scrub pad for dishes, body soap, shampoo, trash bags, and coffee filters. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Linens were clean and like-new. Property had a good layout and perfect for family fun. We enjoyed our stay!

Couples weekend for hubby’s birthday!

We had 10 folks stay for a long weekend for my husband’s 45th birthday. The property is clean and as pictured/listed. We really enjoyed the views , hot tub and fireplace upstairs. Kitchen is well stocked and linens were clean. Owner was very responsive to texts and questions. We accidentally damaged property during our stay and immediately notified the owner. He was reasonable and professional about the situation. We would definitely stay at this property again and recommended it to anyone!

2023 Annual getaway

House layout is perfect for our group but some things need little love to make it perfect — better primary bedroom mattress, keurig half works, area rugs snagged and worn, wash clothes/kitchen towels/bath towels dingy, kitchen faucet only has sprayer, lightbulbs out on outside lights, batteries dead in tv remote, curtain on primary bedroom fell every time touched it cause no rod ends to hold it up. We love location and house though and hot tub is awesome!

Fantastic property, amenities, and owner

We had a FANTASTIC stay, due in large part to the wonderful condition of the Chipmunk house, the amenities, and the hospitality from the homeowner Marshall. The property was immaculately maintained and it had many welcome surprises for our kids (family friendly games, toys for the kids, TV’s already setup with streaming apps logged in, etc). The beds were very comfortable, as was the couches, and there was ample room in the kitchen for cooking. The bathrooms all had extra toiletries included, kitchen had dishwasher detergent, and laundry room had clothing detergent (I always bring my own, but it’s a welcome surprise for the house to advertise having things like that stocked and available, especially as you may forget something or run out). Marshall was especially helpful through out our entire stay. He mentioned before I arrived that the Keurig hadn’t been brewing as well, so he dropped off a brand new one for us to use when we arrived! I wish every stay I had went as well as this one did. :)

Mountains of Fun!!

Our group of 13 enjoyed ourselves and will always remember celebrating this Christmas together. Marshall was quick to respond to our questions and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Tubing at Massanutten was tons of fun and highly recommended.

Moved to Virginia in 2017 and have fallen in love with the whole state, from the ocean to the mountains. In 2018, we purchased our first vacation home in Massanutten - The Pool House (Vrbo # 1410173). We updated the home and made it as 'walk in ready' as possible for us as a 2nd home, and for guests too! It's rented out every weekend, so we kept our eyes open for other vacation homes we might like to own. We found this home up at the end of Chipmunk Court, so we had to have it. We've been enjoying being hosts so much that we have also bought 2 more homes up here and a beach house on the Chesapeake. So now I manage these homes full time as Highlight Homes. We fell in love with the view of the ski slopes from most of the rooms in the home. During our remodel we even took out a portion of the wall in the kitchen so you can see the slopes while cooking!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We bought this home and have remodeled it so it can handle multiple families. There's a living room upstairs and one downstairs. So if you prefer to have the kids on another level to keep the noise down for the adults, you can. Nice big balcony across the front. Also nice deck in the back as well so you can watch your kids climb up the mountain while you relax in the hot tub. Upstairs has master bedroom with king bed, there are also 2 bedrooms with queen beds on the other side of the living room next to another full bathroom. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms. One has a twin and a full size bed, One has a bunkbed with Twin mattresses on top, full mattresses on bottom plus one separate single twin bed. 3rd bedroom downstairs has bunkbed with twin on top, full on bottom. There's a full bathroom downstairs as well with door to the downstairs living room and a door to the 3rd bedroom. Have lots of laundry? No problem. We added a 2nd set of washer/dryers to the home.
