Chalet Cosyneige is an OVO Network property, semi-detached for 11 guests plus a baby. The accommodation is set over three floors. It's a semi detached property.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

We love the quiet location on the edge of the forest, with a little stream running close by. The garden is lovely, with a lawn perfect for sunbathing, the hot tub where you can relax after a busy day and the wraparound terrace with areas to eat or just relax.

The main living area has two separate seating areas - cosy sofas sound the fire and a separate area next to the doors opening on to the terrace where you can relax with a book and make the most of the wonderful light. The decor is neutral but warm and the room layout makes the most of the chalet's exposed wooden framework.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

IMPORTANT: Sheets, towels, linens are included in the price of your stay. Additional paid para-hotel services are proposed to guarantee you a carefree and worry-free stay. If you wish to set up one of these services, please contact the manager once the booking is effective and ahead of your arrival. Here is what we offer: additional hours of cleaning during your stay, delivery of pastries and bread for breakfast, or preparation and service of breakfast at the chalet, supply of additional linens on request. Note: the "plancha" and outdoor furniture are available from beginning of May until the end of the French "Toussaint" holidays.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

Fantastic holiday!

A wonderfully cozy chalet, beautifully built. We enjoyed a fantastic week. Relaxing in the jacuzzi in the evenings. The jacuzzi is truly fantastic. Plenty of room for 10 people in the chalet. The kitchen is well-equipped, but the sofas are a bit dated and not very comfortable anymore. There are four comfortable chairs, a bit older but comfortable. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are a bit thin. There are two nice showers and two options for showering in the bath. A shower screen for the baths would make it even better. The slopes (l'Envers) are a six-minute walk (or ski) down the road. The return trip is quite a climb. The village is very charming. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday!

A Beautiful Chalet with Room for Improvement

The chalet was very nice, well located, and clean, but some features could be improved. There are no towel hooks anywhere, not even in the bathrooms. There should be at least two to three hooks in each bathroom so towels can dry properly instead of being placed on windows, stairs, or beds. There should also be at least body wash in the bathrooms, as well as a place to put toiletries in the shower. We had to place everything on the floor, including the soap bar, which is not very practical. A small glass shelf would be necessary to place bottles and soap. These are just details but could make the stay much more comfortable. Additionally, the doors (bedrooms and toilets) are hard to open and close, which makes night-time bathroom visits quite noisy.

We enjoyed our family holiday.

The accommodation was great and exactly as described. The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac so you can relax in the garden. The sun is out most of the day. The hot tub was a highlight for us and we even had a brand new large parasol when we arrived. Communication with OVO-Network was faultless and Jean-Philippe, the manager who looks after the house, was very helpful and gave us all the important information. All in all, we were very satisfied.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Le chalet est très agréable et bien situé, au bout d'une voie sans issue. La forêt environnante donne une impression d’isolement, alors que la piste "L'Envers" passe juste en contrebas.

Les chambres et la literie sont très confortables. Le jacuzzi était propre et a été bien apprécié après nos journées de marche. Multiples randonnées à proximité, village à 5 min en voiture (accessible également facilement à pied par un chemin). Nous nous sommes très bien sentis dans le chalet où nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous avons fait le plein d’activités aux alentours c’était vraiment très bien.

Chalet agréable pour 3 couples. Équipements complets. Attention : s'il neige pendant votre séjour, le chalet se trouve en haut d’une belle montée et le parking se trouve en contrebas de la route. Les chaînes ou de bons pneus neige sont indispensables. Un grand merci à Jean-Philippe, le manager, pendant notre séjour.
