## Space

Located in a calm residence, this nice and sunny house with AC will accommodate up to 6 people. In the village of La Fontonne, 15 min away from the beach, you will not lack anything to enjoy a pleasant stay in the South.

This pleasant and comfortable house consists of a living space of 99 sq. m and includes:
- a nice terrasse giving on a calm and non overviewed garden,
- a large and bright living room,
- two bedrooms with double beds,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped separate kitchen (blender, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment and baby's bed,
- TV, Wi-Fi, fan and AC.

A parking space is available. Please note that this is not a closed garage and trucks are not allowed.

## Neighborhood

In the village of La Fontonne, close to shops and the beach, you will be at the best place to enjoy all the French Riviera animations. You will be at 30 min walking from Marineland as well as the Old Antibes, or be able to discover the beautiful villages of Biot and Saint-Paul-de-Vence, located a few minutes away by car. At last, thanks to the station located just nearby, you will discover the mythical cities of Nice, Cannes or Monaco.

Biot train station → 5 min by car or 20 min on foot
Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport → 20 min by car
