Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed everything WaterColor has to offer, from the family-friendly atmosphere and beautiful community to the convenience of the golf cart and nearby amenities. It sounds like you made the most of your stay! We're glad the home had everything you needed for cooking and appreciate your suggestion about adding a larger stockpot and steaming basket. Guest feedback like yours helps us continue improving the experience for future visitors. Thank you as well for mentioning the starter supplies. We provide an initial supply of essentials to help guests get settled, and for health and safety reasons, we do not stock condiments or seasonings in the home. It sounds like you created some wonderful vacation memories, including fresh fish tacos from your catch on Western Lake! We truly appreciate your recommendation and would love the opportunity to welcome you and your family back again next year.

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us at Sanders Beach Rentals. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at 72 Needlerush Drive and found the home's amenities to be wonderful. It was a pleasure to have you as our guest! We appreciate your feedback. Regarding the carriage house, we apologize for any confusion. While the listing states that the carriage house is not available for rentals, during your stay, the owner happened to be in the area and briefly stopped by. Please note that the owner is not present 24/7 and does not reside in the carriage house. If she is in the area, she does not come out or disturb our guests. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we strive to ensure that you have a memorable vacation experience. Thank you again for choosing Sanders Beach Rentals! We hope to welcome you back in the future!

Thank you so much for your feedback on the home and the location! We strive to make sure each guest has the best possible experience during their stay. We hate to hear that you were not satisfied with the area. We send a "Preparing for Your Stay" email to all of our guests, letting them know that the home comes with a Starter Amenity Kit. We do mention in the email that you will need additional items, depending on the length of your stay. However, we do provide the needed items to get you started. We also encourage guests to bring their own beach towels. Due to COVID-19, the towel service is down and we do not keep spices in the home due to sanitation purposes. During the week of your stay, the Watercolor Homeowners Association amenity cards transitioned to wristbands. During the time in which you would have received your check-in information, the HOA was still doing the guest cards. The wristband work the same way as the previous amenity cards. We are so sorry we missed your first phone call. But, we are happy to report we were able to assist you within 30 minutes. In regards to the loud noise you heard, that is not something we were aware of. As you are the first guest to mentioned it, we looked into it a little deeper. As it turns out, the noise comes from was the flight training at the military base that is 45 miles away. It makes a loud noise when the jets take off. While we can wholeheartedly agree that this can be inconvenient, unfortunately, it is beyond our control. We value all customer reviews to help make each stay the best yet. We hope to have you and your family back down on 30-A again with us soon!
