The house is not old, it has been thoroughly renovated since 2015, and every year we make improvements, this year the house has new sofas in the chillout area and a new handmade barbecue of 1.5 meters. We find it totally unreasonable, that you can say that the outside was not prepared, as most people can understand, you arrived on the days of a strong cut-off low with terrible rains and winds, with more than 400 flights cancelled in the Balearic Islands and thousands of flights with many hours of delay, even you, suffered a long delay due to the terrible weather conditions, as is logical, during the 3 days of these bad weather conditions, it was not possible to prepare the outside, cleaning leaves, cutting hedges etc... Otherwise, all our guests have always appreciated the wonderful exteriors of the house. Regarding the ants, we fumigate every 30 days around the house, although due to the heavy rains, much of the effectiveness of fumigation is lost and also, whenever there is rain, the ants are activated looking for a shelter in a dry place, also, the house is in a nature reserve and in the middle of the countryside, so to completely eliminate the ants is impossible, for that reason we always provide insecticide canisters so that they can use them if necessary.
