We love to stay in Vrbo's when traveling to give us extra room to spread out. This home provided that and a garage space for our rental. Location is great with a variety of restaurants in walking distance. Will love to stay again if our travels brings us back to San Francisco.

Great location

We loved that we could walk to the beach, into the Presidio, and to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and food marts. It was also nice to be able to dine in the apartment. Edmund was helpful about storing our suitcases for a few extra hours.

Great Access to Presideo and Golden Gate

This property was exactly the home base that my young family needed to access The Presidio and Golden Gate parks. The hosts were great to work with and the place was large and comfortable.

Great location, cozy and clean

This apartment is located in a nice safe neighborhood, walkable to cafes, restaurants, parks, and sightseeing destinations. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was excellent. It was near quite a few restaurants that were enjoyable. Enough room for the 5 of us. We were close to the De Young Museum which is why we chose this home.

Perfect location

We go to San Francisco regularly and have stayed in many different locations but never in Richmond. It’s a delightful quiet neighborhood close to the Presidio, Lands End, a great golf course, Golden Gate Park, cafes galore and great neighborhood restaurants. We were there for 2 weeks and had a terrific time.

Great location and thoughtful host

Edmund was great with directions and communication. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having the garage as we drove around quite a lot checking out all that SF has to offer. Would recommend staying here to anyone interested.

Short San Fran stay

This was a first stop on our California trip. Found it easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Good safe location. The living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable for a family of 4 but beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed.

Great location

We really enjoyed our visit to San Fran. This apartment had everything we needed and a great location. Close to the Presidio, restaurants, great pizza and an easy drive to the heart of the city. We loved being a bit away as it was quieter. A very easy walk to the beach. We will be back.

Loved our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in the Richmond District. The neighborhood is wonderful, very dog and kid friendly. It was convenient to get around and do everything we wanted downtown too! We didn’t expect it flawlessly clean given the age of the buildings and we had to get a couple of additional things for cooking. But overall we would happily stay here again!

Third times a charm...

First and second was also a charm. This is the third time I’ve stayed in this house. When I’m here, I never want to leave and sometimes I forget how many days have gone by. I love all the sounds of the neighbors and the delicious smells of what they’re cooking. It makes the stay very homey. Edmund is very nice and communicative.

It's a very spacious apartment in a great location with everything you could need, including a very well equipped kitchen.My husband and I stayed here with our 2 children (age 18 and 22) for 4 nights and we all loved it. Everything you need is walkable from here and it's a great neighborhood. We enjoyed Angelina's cafe and had a superb meal at Pearl 6101 which is only 3 mins walk from the apartment.We also walked to Baker Beach from the apartment and that was wonderful - great views of Golden Gate Bridge. We had a fantastic hike at Land's End - amazing views and fantastic sunny weather. We drove to Trojan Point to see the absolutely incredible sunset - we've never seen anything like it!Thoroughly recommend staying here!

Great place in a great location

This was a good fit for our combined family trip (2 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents). The dining and living room were a great size for gathering and the two bathrooms helped accommodate everyones needs. We put the kids with us in the two connected bedrooms, and the grandparents had their own room. There were so many thoughtful things to make this stay easy including coffee already there (in addition to the coffee maker), good selection of appliances and kitchen utensils allowing us to prepare our own food, and a great selection of restaurants in the area. I often struggle to sleep away from home, but the beds were firm but comfy (they have a mattress topper if you like softer) and the pillows were excellent. The hosts were incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Splendid SF Escape!

Great in every way! From the location to ease of walking around the area and it's central location to parking our vehicle in the garage. Great layout and amenities and a nice bottle of wine on arrival!

I've stayed here numerous times over the course of five years. Imagine my surprise, after a year away, when I was met with a new LG washer and dryer in the rental. There was also a new bed in one of the rooms, an extremely comfortable mattress topper AND a new living room couch. I genuinely love this place.Just be thoughtful of the the cohost, which is the neighbor you share a wall with.

Charming, relaxing stay

We had a great stay in this well stocked apartment. Anything we may have needed was available, be it kitchenware to spices to plenty of towels. Property owner was kind and had clear communication. 5/5 would stay again.

As world traveler myself, I would like to welcome visitors to San Francisco and help them make the most out of their vacations. Originally from Hong Kong and educated in the SF Bay Area, I have been calling San Francisco home since 2010. I enjoy travel, play golf, ping pong and badminton. I also like to hike the many trails and beaches around Presidio and Golden Gate Park, and to explore the many wonderful restaurants around my home.

Our apartment was recently remodeled to offer travelers modern comforts with old world charms. We are located in a safe San Francisco neighborhood surrounded by renowned restaurants and cafes. Our guests can explore the many beaches, trails, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Park all within walking distance from our apartment. Public transits and private car shares are readily available that can take you anywhere within our city in less than 30 minutes. The world famous Napa Valley wine country and the California coastal highway are all within 1 hour driving from our apartment.
