Summary:
Stay in the scenic hills of San Francisco in this beach-style, private retreat! Perfect for visiting hallmark locations like Twin Peaks, the SF Botanical Garden, Golden Gate Park & much more. Enjoy a backyard, 2 bedrooms with smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor BBQ to entertain yourselves during your stay!

This is the perfect home base for small groups and families looking to experience the best of the Bay Area, and escape to a peaceful retreat to enjoy with company.

Other Things to Note:
1. Check in is typically at 3PM, and Checkout is at 11AM, unless agreed upon with prior notice.
2. If you’d like to invite additional guests or bring pets, please let me know in advance so I can help make proper arrangements. For everyone’s comfort and safety. All visitors count as guests to compensate for cleaning resources.
3. In consideration of the neighbors, large events and gatherings are permitted, unless explicitly agreed upon.
4. Smoking is not permitted in the premises.
5. Quiet hours start at 10PM, ending at 8AM to respect our neighbors.

Beds were comfortable and kitchen useful, response from owner was prompt re a couple of things and a nice location. We were a little surprised it was a basement apartment- it looks like it's an upper level space in the photo. It was nice and worked for us, but hardly luxury. Seemed a bit deceptive w the photo and luxury description. The blinds are outdated and clumsy, the lighting could be much better with dimmers and floor lamps and the stools were cheap and uncomfortable. Simple solutions would make it much more comfortable.

Our host was very communicative and even was able to get us fresh flowers and pastries on arrival day! The home was very clean, quaint, and perfect for our overnight needs in San Francisco! Couldn’t be happier with the stay and host!!

The place was filthy when we arrived. Beds unmade with dirty sheets (visible hairs and dirt), towels wet and scattered everywhere, unhung, dishes in drying rack. I want a refund. It was so awful. We arrived at 11 pm, very late because a family member was in the ER until 4 pm in Sacramento. As the father of the groom in the next day's wedding, we worked very hard to get him to the wedding. So arriving late, totally stressed about the health and the wedding to find the place in this terrible shape made me want to throw up. Absolutely disgusting

We had such a wonderful experience here. Very welcoming and the atmosphere was inviting. Exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend staying here. convenient location not far from downtown . Lovely home.

I needed a comfortable place close to the airport. This two bedroom apartment was perfect. I would not hesitate to book it again the next time I am in the area.

Great property in SF

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend to explore the city and go to a concert. Dustin was a great host, and was easy to get a hold of. He even took the time to get fresh flowers and pastries from a local bakery, which was amazing. The unit has a tenant living up top, but the insulation is great and we barely heard them up there. Parking is on the street, but there is plenty of room to park. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was nice. The unit itself was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. They had an air mattress, which made it so our fourth person did not have to sleep on the couch. We used the kitchen to cook our meals, and it was stocked with everything we needed. The back yard was amazing - unfortunately, we did not get to sit outside very much because it was windy and still cold in May Overall, this is a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again!
