Great room at the Ritz! What’s not to like? The owner is communicative and prompt. There is also a parking space in the garage that comes with the residence. A big plus! Thanks for the lovely stay.

Great room, good communication, highly recommend

This is a great hotel room apartment at the Ritz Carlton KB. The room is very much like the others one would rent at the hotel- two full beds, a bathroom, balcony facing the island and a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and stovetop and is well kept and well maintained. The realtor who manages it was very good about communicating details about the parking spot, etc. Highly recommend.

Hotel is beautiful but...

The hotel grounds were beautiful. The restaurants had pretty good food for a hotel (great mojitos!) the hotel room was very clean and nicely decorated. However there were 2 things I was pretty disappointed in: 1) the owner claims the room has a bay view. Well not exactly. The room over looks the parking lot and the bay is about 5 miles away and you can kind of see a sliver of it, kind of. But you can’t sit on the balcony and relax because of all the cars coming and going... this was a huge disappointment. 2) the pull out couch is absolutely horrific. You can not sleep on it. The mattress is about an inch thick and all you can feel is springs and metal bars. My 14 year slept on the floor because it was more comfortable :( Like I said the hotel is fantastic and I would stay at the hotel again but will choose a different room next time for sure.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 5h. La chambre n'était pas service nettoyer nous avons rejoint le propriétaire qu'il a envoyer le service de maintenance mais pour avoir directement été à l'hôtel plus jamais je ne vais réservé de cet façon. C'est pas très intéressant de devoir gérer cette situation a Noel

Terrible - Totally Cheated

This is a totally misrepresented listing by VRBO and the owner trying to rent this property. It reminded my of the goat that was tied to a stake for the Raptor to eat.....

Disappointed

We have stayed at this property for more than ten years and know and love the hotel. The unit shown on VRBO is NOT the unit owned. It is not a standard Ritz room as shown, it is notably smaller, decorated with smaller, cheaper furniture, carpet, etc. It was also dirty. We paid a “cleaning fee” in advance which we assumed was to have the room cleaned and was then told that was to have it cleaned before our arrival. The room displayed is a standard Ritz room, the unit itself is not.
