Come and stay in our extremely spacious 2,010 sqft property once owned by the "Bandit" Burt Reynolds himself. This just renovated top floor penthouse condo offers unparalleled panoramic views from the huge balcony and separate master bedroom balcony of Indian Shores, the beach and Intercoastal.

The main condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is a separate entranced, self-contained studio with full bathroom across the hallway. The ultimate in privacy for a couple or adults.

When taking a breaking from the sun and sand, spend some time enjoying your favorite TV shows on our new smart 70” Living Room or 55” Bedroom TV’s. This intimate 12-unit elevator building was constructed with solid concrete walls and floors offering a quiet living space.

Each of the 4 bedrooms features a king bed with 2 nightstands. ALL furniture is new.

The Master Bedroom is suite style with private ensuite bathroom, private balcony overlooking both the beach and intercostal, and pull out leather sofa.
The 2nd Bedroom has a private entrance to the shared main hall bath.
Most 3rd Bedrooms tend to be cramped. Not the case here, the 3rd Bedroom is spacious with King Bed and two nightstands. This bedroom was originally used as Burt’s home office.

The 4th bedroom was Burt’s private suite. It's located about 30ft from the front door of the main condo on the same hallway. This private studio has a king bed, full bathroom, and futon. There are large windows offering views of the intercostal as well.

The full kitchen has brand NEW stainless appliances with gorgeous beach views while cooking up one of your favorite meals. The large counter and seating space offer a comfortable area for all guests to enjoy meals together. There is a huge living space for you and your guests to sit back, relax and enjoy your cocktails while watching the finest sunsets Indian Shores has to offer. The sofa in the Master Bed can also be used as a sofa bed if you need the extra space.

Plenty of outdoor space for you and your guests to enjoy the pool and wide beach. The condo comes with 2 parking spots.

The pool is heated for your swimming enjoyment! There has just been a new charcoal GRILL installed by the pool. Without question, this is one of the most spacious, unique, fun, and functional condos on the beach.

We offer beach chairs, beach towels, a beach cart and umbrellas for your enjoyment.

Great Balcony and Beach Location! Rating 9/10

Pros:1) Location is great! Beach is definitely less busy than other areas. Restaurants and shops nearby, but not necessarily walking distance2) Unit is spacious, nicely renovated and decorated. Furnishings are comfortable.3) The balcony is the best part of the unit - wonderful views, large,and lots of comfortable seating4) Since we flew to Florida, we appreciated having the beach towels, chairs and wagon. The umbrella that was there was broken, but we bought one and left it for future guests.5) Communication from owners was adequate Neutral:1) Gulf Blvd is noisy at all times of day/night, but was not unexpected nor disruptive for us.Cons:1) Slow wifi. Difficulty making Teams calls for work and streaming on TVs using wifi. Thankful we brought our own hotspot2) Unit was clean upon arrival with the exception of the floors. The bottom of your feet would be black when walking barefoot. Sand from the beach is certainly inevitable, but this was not from sand.3) We did not use pool. Pool deck area is smaller than listing pictures and currently under reconstruction. There is also no longer greenery/shrubs around pool.4) We did not use the separate apartment- it was pretty musty when we arrived (as others have mentioned) and we chose not to spend the time airing it out. 5) Building is dated and definitely is in need of some care. Elevator was under construction during our entire visit, so we noticed a lot of items needing attention during our walk of 5 flights of stairs.

Great accommodation.

This property worked great for our family. Our granddaughter and her friend loved having the private suite for their Spring Break adventure. Also very spacious for the rest of the family. Almost everything you need is in the unit plus everything needed for the beach. We could see the sun setting and the full moon coming up at the same time. Beautiful!

Bandits beautiful Condo!!

Condo was fabulous. Sunsets from huge balcony. Comfy beds. Great kitchen. Plenty of seating for all. Our grand daughter age 2 loved pool and beach. Great family vacation.!!! We will be back.

Roomy condo right on the beach!

It was roomy and so convenient for our family. We loved the location. The view is spectacular from the deck and the condo is right on the beach. The pool water was warm. There were beach towels and chairs for our use. The weather was chilly and unfortunately the master bedroom never warmed up but there were extra blankets for warmth. I was unfamiliar with how the TV worked but it certainly had hundreds of stations. Overall, I’d give the condo a B+. It was a great place for our family to stay with the beautiful view, the convenience to the beach and restaurants and fun places to visit.

Can't wait to get back!

We loved this.....Super Nice Condo, location, on the beach, we loved it!! However, we only got to stay two days. We chose the week of Hurricane Idalia and had to vamoose due to the Mandatory Evacuation. We will be back for sure, NOT during the middle of Hurricane season :(

Beautiful week in Indian Shores

We had a wonderful week at this property! First off, it’s huge! The photos don’t do justice to the size of this place. It was perfect for our group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) with plenty of room to spread out. We loved having the studio too. The big balcony was our favorite part, and there were so many chairs and loungers we never had to worry about everyone having a spot to sit. The beach views from this condo with the shade of the trees nearby was absolutely amazing. Great location, beach was beautiful and never crowded, and the water was clear and blue. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything You Could Want

This was a wonderful stay for me and my family in June. My group had a family friend stay in the studio room while the rest were in the house. It was only a few steps from the rest of the condo. We loved that we could all sit on the balcony as most condos don't have large balconies. Additionally, there didn't seem to be a lot of people in the complex, so we appreciated it being less busy than the typical condo complex. The best thing was how close we were to the beach. Really the only downside to this place is the old elevator (it works, it just crawls & is a hassle to move luggage & groceries) but even then, that is a tiny blip. We've stayed at several locations in and around Indian Shores and this was by far our favorite!

Relaxing & enjoying

The condo was spacious & had what we needed in the main part. The fourth bedroom , detached from the main part, was further away then stated . It was not ready as it didn't have towels, soap or shampoo & conditioner etc. Also it was smaller then the picture looked. We also had someone come & spray for bugs when we were there, which was not very pleasant. Besides all of that it was great The view was wonderful so close to beach The swimming pool was nice.The weather was cooler than we thought so didn't get to access them except for 2 days. We did enjoy our selves & would consider it again. Thank you for the relaxing & quite condo

Longtime friends getaway

Beautiful location and property. Perfect set up with king beds in all rooms so there was no fighting :) Appreciated the availability of beach equipment. Kitchen well-stocked. Only 2 small complaints - toilets were not very clean (especially under rims), and more comfortable deck furniture would have been nice. Maybe something for larger people…but still extremely happy and would stay again! Thank you!

Wonderful week in Indian Shores at Burt's old condo.

My son, his wife, their two kids and I all very much enjoyed the well equipped condo itself. The beach and nightly sunsets, viewed from our spacious 4th floor balcony could not have been more perfect. We were close to so much and enjoyed the many attractions of the area along with highly rated restaurants and the museums of St. Petersburg. We spent a lot of time of the beach which was never crowded. We walked or ran the beach on a daily basis and enjoyed the bird sanctuary about 15 minutes walk away. This condo offers all positives. As the grandmother in our group, I stayed in the separate studio which had been Burt Reynold's office back in the 80's. It is tastefully decorated, private, comfortable, immaculate and just a few seconds walk from the main unit so quite easy to go back and forth. One must realize that Clearwater Beach area is basically on a narrow sandbar which accomodates the beach, the hotels and condos and all commercial endeavours. The North and South traffic goes on all day and lessens at night. This area is a haven for owners of large motorcycles. My room was right above that road. Fortunately I had my new Bose earbuds with me and slept with them on. We all live in quiet areas in Central Virginia. and used to quiet nights If you live in the city this may not be an issue for you.

Beautiful Condo with a great view!

The condo had the best view with close proximity to the beach. It was nicely decorated with just a few minor hiccups. Would definitely stay here again.
