Welcome to your slice of paradise on the pristine shores of Indian Shores. This private beachfront condo puts you just steps from the sugar-white sand and sparkling Gulf waters, where mornings begin with coffee on one of three balconies and the soothing sound of waves rolling in. Spend your days soaking up the sun, spotting dolphins offshore, and strolling the shoreline at sunset. Whether you're here for a family beach vacation, romantic getaway or a relaxing retreat, this coastal escape offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and unforgettable Gulf-front views.

Come enjoy all the beach has to offer with all of the comforts of home and more. Amenities include:

Sunplace is located in Indian Shores, a charming, laid back, family-friendly community located on a pristine beach. Walk to one of the nearby restaurants, rent beach cruisers to go exploring, hop on the trolly to one of the neighboring beach towns. We are centrally located between St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa. Universal, Disney, Hard Rock Casino, and Busch Gardens are just a short drive away.

This beach rental includes everything you need for a great beach vacation, including towels, linens, beach chairs, and kids' gear. Come relax, recharge, and play - your pick! We will take care of the rest.

*** Please note this small building does not have an elevator and the condo is located on the 2nd floor.

We had a great stay at this property! The view right on the ocean, with multiple patios were great to experience the ocean.Alex and Kelsey were fantastic hosts. We had some challenges come up during our stay, but they were incredibly helpful and diligent in working through them with us. Their communication and effort to make things right really made a difference. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing condo, gorgeous ocean views, right on the beach. It is peaceful, clean, comfortable, and updated tastefully with a well-stocked kitchen. Beach umbrellas, coolers, toys, and lots of beach chairs were conveniently located in the condo’s designated storage closet. New hosts were helpful and responsive. Check in and check out were easy. No pool and no elevator, but we didn’t miss those at all. We are already looking at dates to return!

The location is right on the beach with great views of the sunset. Not crowded. Walking distance to French bakery and a few other restaurants and mini golf. Beautiful, updated, and comfortable condo. There are small steps down to living room, in one bedroom, and one bathroom. Appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and towels for the beach. Hosts very communicative and helpful.

Excellent location with direct access to the beach. Plenty of space to relax in the evening, and three outdoor patios/rooftops to enjoy! Quiet location, less than 10 minutes to groceries. Towels and beach chairs provided.

Wonderful Beach Stay

We had a great stay. They have a perfect and very beautiful location on the beach. Sunsets were amazing. Jen was extremely helpful and the communication was great. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely go back next time we are in the area.

A great week

This property was identical to the photos and description. Everything we needed was in the home including towels, plenty of sheets and bedding, dishes, coffee pot, and even laundry hampers! Sunning on the roof is a nice experience and the sunsets on the gulf are absolutely breathtaking. The property owner is very responsive and reached out to make sure things were going okay the day we arrived. There is just nothing like being right on the beach! I would definitely book again!

Amazing location on the beach

We live just across the bridge in Tampa, and wanted a place to bring our family to make regular beach memories. We stayed here as renters and fell in love. After searching for something similar and finding nothing like it, we gave up our search. Six months later we pulled up that same search and the unit we'd loved was available to buy! We knew it was meant to be. We love spending time at Sol-Mate with our family of four, and really enjoy sharing our home away from home with you and your loved ones. There's nothing like sitting out on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and spotting dolphins or watching an evening storm roll across the ocean. This place is magic to us, and we hope you feel it too.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach town with close access to lots of Pinellas Counties beach towns. We love that everything you need is right here, but within close proximity of so much to do across Tampa Bay. There are few areas left that allow short-term rentals, and we feel so lucky to be able to share our little slice of heaven for a short or long trip!

This 10-unit condo isn't like many other beach condos you'll find along our shores. With two balconies and a rooftop deck, our space is constantly filled with natural light, making it feel more more like a home than a condo. The property sits right on the beach with no obstructions, so while it doesn't have a pool, you also don't have a big space to look over between your balconies and the beach, making it so much closer, so much more beautiful, and all the more appealing! We also have two assigned parking spaces for the unit (one covered), an outdoor fresh water shower, and a first-floor beach locker containing chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach toys to keep the sand out of your living space and the short walk to the beach that much easier!
