Come and discover the Baie de Somme, the Parc du Marquenterre, fishing and sand yachting. The 100 m² house can accommodate up to 6 people and comprises a large living room, an open-plan kitchen with dining room, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The south-facing 100 m² enclosed garden opens onto a lane leading directly to Le Crotoy beach. Sheets and towels extra. We look forward to welcoming you!

Ground floor :
Large living room with :

First floor:
Accessed by stairs, the first floor can be difficult to access for people with mobility difficulties.
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190 cm, desk, chest of drawers
- Bedroom 2: double bed 140 x 190 cm
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC. The bathroom has a sea view!

Outside:
- Private, fenced, south-facing garden of 100 m² for sunbathing. There is a garden table and chairs for meals with family and friends. The garden overlooks a lane leading to Le Crotoy beach.

The house is ideally located in the centre of town, close to shops, restaurants and the beach.
- The market takes place every Friday morning on Place Jeanne d'Arc, next to the harbour. You'll also find all the seafood restaurants around this square.

Activities :
- Discover the region: Saint Valéry sur Somme, Valloires Abbey, Château de Regnières-Ecluse, Parc du Marquenterre.
- Sports: cycling, horse-riding, hiking, etc.
- Seaside activities: shell-fishing, longe-côte, sand yachting at Fort Mahon, etc.
- Relax on the south-facing sandy beach at Le Crotoy.

Public transport :
- By car: there are paid public parking spaces close to the house. In high season, parking can be complicated. You can buy parking tickets for €8/day or €30/week.
- Nearest train station: Noyelles-sur-mer train station is 15 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Rouen airport, 1 hour 45 minutes by car.
- By bus: intercommunal bus network.
- Cycle hire available in the vicinity.

Other remarks :
- The staircase leading to the first floor is steep. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility or the very elderly.
- Sheets and towels may be hired: €20 per set of sheets and €5 per set of towels.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
