気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Dreadful experience - A run down filthy dirty house as well as a rude unhelpful host
Mice droppings in kitchen drawers and cupboards; extreme dirt and mice droppings beside cookware; kitchen appliances horribly dirty; woodworm droppings in shower room; bird droppings on furniture in master bedroom; wooden blocks in kitchen are a health hazard with food contaminants absorbed into the surfaces of the wood; spiders webs everywhere including between glass panels of oven door and even in cupboards storing dishes and glasses we were supposed to use; roman blinds in master bedroom cannot be raised as well as being torn, stained and unsightly; wallpaper hanging off walls in one bedroom; curtains downstairs badly stained and hanging of rails in dining room; carpets throughout worn and badly stained. Images that host has displayed on advert are many years old and do not reflect the state of neglect and uncleanliness of the property. The host, Emilie Roy, was rude, accused me of exaggerating, did not respond to my complaints until forced into communication firstly by VRBO and secondly, only after I was forced to contact the owner of the property who prompted her (twice). She accused me of waiting to last day to complain, which is just not true and can be evidenced. Eventually I received a refund of our cleaning fee - no compensation for a holiday ruined. All the above problems and more were photographed and can be forwarded on request.
