You won't want to leave the lanai of this great oceanfront unit! Located in a prime spot in lovely Puamana, this two bedroom, three bath, unit has just undergone a full kitchen remodel. Stainless steel appliances, ice maker, dishwasher, the works! The downstairs master suite has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the lanai. The living room has ample seating with AC and ceiling fans. Upstairs is a cozy nook with a king size bed as well as a two twin beds. The upstairs is cooled with a wall air conditioner. There is a full bathroom with a double vanity upstairs as well. This is the perfect unit for two couples or a family of 6 to enjoy oceanfront living on our beautiful island of Maui. . This is island living at it's best!

Great stay

wonderful place to enjoy the ocean sounds and surf. Great location close to Lahaina and easy to drive North or South to other beaches as needed.

Great view! Excellent for family!

Enjoyed the view and property was perfect for a family of 5. Would come back for sure. Very private yet a short walk to Lahaina.

Wonderful Getaway

We stayed here with our young kids and it was a perfect retreat by the sea. The property was just as described and provided a relaxing, clean and quiet home with a great location. We are thankful for the time!

Hawaiian Paradise

We have stayed at numerous condos in the Lahaina/Kaanapali area and this was by far our favorite. Perfect location, clean and comfortable, beautiful view.....couldn't have asked for more! We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful condo perfect setting

This was located in the perfect spot. My family and I loved it. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening and the property was well kept. I would definitely rent this unit again!

Great location!

We’ve been coming to Puamana for over 20 years, and have family and friends who live in the community. This is one of the better locations we’ve stayed at; close to the saltwater pool and a closer walk to town. Property management contact was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed in Puamana before and loved it. However, this stay was great due to the wonderful views from both bedrooms. The downstairs shower need the handle replaced, but toher than that, everything was perfect.

Nice unit and location - good property management

Highly recommend

The location and the property itself are both excellent to just relax and enjoy the beach and pool, and a short walk away from all the buzz of Lahaina. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and grill as we made almost all our meals for ourselves and our kids at home. We look forward to returning soon!

Picture Perfect Stay in Paradise

Stayed here for a week with our two adult children. The condo has everything we needed to eat, sleep, and relax on the beautiful lania (where we observed humpbacks, sea turtles, and even a monk seal). This end unit had gorgeous views and was close to the clubhouse and pool. We found the neighborhood friendly and so nice to be able to walk to town and explore the island from this wonderful home base!

Picture Perfect!

Very nice home with unbeatable views! The ocean is right there! Spent lots of time sitting on the patio just taking in the sounds and scenery. Nice neighborhood, too. Great accommodations for 2 couples or a family. I would stay here again. And again. And again.

Marvelous Maui! Lovely Lahaina!

Perfect location! Our home on Maui was amazing because of the panoramic ocean view, relaxing on the lanai just a few feet away from the breaking surf & very close proximity to Old Town Lahaina. One constructive comment would be to update the dated furniture & carpet. You can look beyond those when you are gazing into amazing sunsets & the island of Lanai.

Awesome location!!!

We watched whales and turtles from back patio daily. The house is just minutes from front street with great restaurants and shopping. Very cool place to visit for dinner and shopping after long day on the beach. Our only disappointment were the two single beds in loft are very short. My 16 year old son is 5,8 and his legs hung off the bed offering a bad nights sleep. Other than this the house and location are great.

A little slice of paradise!

The views are breathtaking. They are amazing from two sides of the house. It feels like a private island. The porch offered beautiful sunsets every evening looking out towards Lanai. We enjoyed that it was a quiet location with little foot traffic. It was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. We loved the grounds and the community center is lovely. We were able to borrow a book from the library. The air-conditioning was great and the wifi worked well. The check in process was easy and the staff that we worked with were very attentive and so helpful. Just a wonderful vacation. Mahalo to all!

Best Location - 20 feet from the Ocean

The closest VRBO stays to the ocean ever. We could leave our door cracked and listen to the waves crash. The unit was clean ( no issue with cleanliness), but the Living Room furniture was worn out and needed to be replaced. Not able to sit on the sofa for long, as it had no support ( we didn't sit inside much; it was too beautiful to stay inside). Also, the walls show signs of age and need re-finishing and new paint. Getting this property to a 5-star would take very little work/replacement.

245degrees of Waves & Palm Trees

The pictures of this place are excellent, so good they are almost unbelievable BUT they only touch on small portions of the incredible view. This end unit townhouse is out on a point so you have MORE then 180 degrees of view AND the view is constantly changing with the breaking waves, the surfers when the waves are breaking just right (5 out of 7 days), the sun coming up behind us in the AM and hitting the waves just so. The morning was my favorite time for pictures but also the setting sun with the red light is the best time to take picture of your loved ones who will be bathed in the setting sunlight! The apartment was fully stocked, including spices and oil and the most important - beach towels!! Beach chairs also and a small surfboard even. Being able to wake up and without moving open your eyes and become mesmerized with the constant wave action and white caps. Truly a magical and relaxing time!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location! While it is on the water, there is no accessible beach directly in front of the unit as it is full of rocks. However the views from the bedrooms and lanai are stunning. There is a nice sandy beach within walking distance on the property. Pools were close to the unit as well, our kids enjoyed both regular pools. The unit is also Super close to front street and many activities/restaurants.The unit itself is sufficient though could use some deep cleaning and basic updates. The couch needs to be replaced completely as adults can’t sit on it without sinking through it. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and soft. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, pots/pans and knives need to be replaced. while the unit had clearly been cleaned well prior to our arrival, there are a lot of bugs that accumulated in the unit (we found dead ants etc throughout our stay) mostly in the bathrooms and downstairs. On the lanai there is a roll down shade which helps keep the downstairs cool as the afternoon sun is intense. Sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards, small surf board were available in the outdoor closet which was nice to have. We would return to the property but likely select another unit.

Great way to get a Taste of the islands

This unit was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was room for our whole family. It is very close to other beaches and is at the beginning of Front St. that has shops and restaurants. We felt safe and security that had a visible presence. We had plenty of supplies and it was very nice to have a washer/dryer. But the star of this place is the sunset every night. We saw plenty of sea turtles and 2 seals decided to hang out in the rocky shoreline for a couple of days. Couple of notes for families - there is a sandy beach in this community, however there are a lot of rocks that the water throws at your toes. There were also a ton of surfers, which was cool to watch but then when the surfers came out of the water, they would come up through the backyard of this unit. It became awkward having morning coffee on the lanai while surfers emerged 1 by 1, 15 ft away. The other note I would have is that this community has a lot of rules. If you have kids, you can not go to the beach front pool. No Marco Polo. No chirps from your car keys locking car doors. Turn down music as approaching the gate coming in, etc. it stared to feel oppressive. Also it was confusing coming in. You have to contact security to register your car. One piece of info says do it within 24hrs. Yet another says only on business days (not weekends or holidays). We came over Memorial Day and decided not to wait until Tuesday. I registered our rental car within 24 hours of our arrival, but still got a $10 fine. Overall this is a great place - Maui is beautiful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been staying at Puamana for over 10 years and once again we had a fabulous vacation. This was our second stay in #58-4 and we returned to this corner unit because of it’s gorgeous views. From early morning coffee to sunset pupu’s and dinner barbeques - the lanai was our happy place. As usual, the amazing management and staff from APVR were helpful and responsive when needed. We are already planning our 2023 Puamana trip.
