Charming 3-room apartment with terrace overlooking a wooded park. Private and secure parking space available.

The terrace facing south and out of sight will allow you to have breakfast or simply spend time there in peace. The apartment can accommodate 4 to 5 people.

This district is very central to Bordeaux and its surroundings. The location is ideal if you want to visit the historic center or the vineyards of Pessac.

Located 3 minutes walk from the faculty of medicine and the Pellegrin hospital center.

Cot and high chair available on request.

Really nice clean apartment in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed this very well equipped. Check in and out was easy, everything clean and aired. Absolutely perfect location if you have anyone staying in the main hospital and yet close to the centre too. Totally recommend

Fantastic clean and lovely property

Had a great stay. Place was very clean with appropriate amenities. Directions from owner were crystal clear and helpful. As in all of France parking is very tight so no larger vehicles would fit but this wasn’t an issue as we knew ahead of time. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable weekend break

Nice, comfortable and very clean property was just what we were looking for. All the facilities we needed, in a peaceful part of Bordeaux but not far from amenities. Beds comfortable, shower excellent, and with nice balcony to sit out. 30 minutes walk from central Bordeaux, and for us a 10 minute walk to the rugby stadium. Communication with owners ahead of the trip fine, and all check-in and other information was provided in good time. Thank you!

Séjour culturel à Bordeaux

Logement confortable et bien aménagé . Un peu éloigné du centre ville et des commerces mais les transports en commun permettent d’y accéder sans problème .

Problème de plomberie dans la salle de bain. Fixtures de plafond instables, Non fonctionnement de la cafetière Manque de rouleau de papier de toilette pour 4 personnes, quatre jours.

sehr schöne Wohnung in einem Stadtteil von Bordeaux

geräumige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem Stadtteil von Bordeaux. Die Bushaltestelle ist schräg gegenüber. Ein Parkplatz hinter dem Haus in einem abgeschlossenen Hof vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit Blick auf einen kleinen Park. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Comfortable stay

Nice quiet spot and great host. A bit of a walk into town but on a very regular bus route. Great to chill on the balcony after a busy day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend for couples wanting space and parking

Appartement proche des transports en communs (bus)

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel .. la terrasse et le parking sécurisés sont très appréciables.. Bonne literie ainsi que les draps et les serviettes de toilettes.. Petit résidence sécurisée de 3 étages sans ascenseur. Une boulangerie et une superette se situent à proximité.
