The LAGUNAK villa enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of Bidart, within walking distance of the beach and shops. With a surface area of around 180 m², it is equipped for 8 to 10 people. Garden with trees, south-facing terrace with plancha and swimming pool.
THE LIVING SPACE
On the first floor, the house comprises an entrance hall with guest toilet, a kitchen opening onto a living room with TV, study and access to the terrace. A sauna is also available.
THE BEDROOMS
On the first floor of the house, you'll find a master suite with kingsize bed, TV, shower room and terrace access, a double bedroom (140 cm bed) with TV, shower room, toilet and closets. Upstairs, a twin bedroom (2 x90 cm beds) and a children's bedroom with trundle beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom and toilet. In the annex, with separate entrance, a double bedroom with TV and shower room.

The location for car-free vacations.

Inside the property, 2 outdoor parking spaces are available in front of the entrance to the house.
