You'll be a five-mile drive from St. Andrews State Park on the Gulf of Mexico, renowned for its white sugar sand beaches and breathtaking swimming, kayaking, and fishing opportunities. You can also spend a day at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Gulf World, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, Ripley’s, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, WonderWorks, or ZooWorld - all of which are within an easy drive.

Wonderful property. Very clean and well organized. Property had everything we needed, including spices for cooking. I always forget the seasonings! Absolutely wonderful property

Dirty

Very disappointing, way too much for the quality. It clearly states no smoking anywhere on the property but there were cigarette butts all over the back yard, along with cups from fast food restaurants on the ground and the patio cushions were dirty and wore out. No pillows for the pull out couch. Got the code for the bottom lock but had to text and then call for the code to get the key. Ice maker doesn’t work. The downstairs toilet rocks when you sit on it. Definitely won’t be back or recommend.

Rocky start but overall good stay

When we first arrived the door code didn't work. We were able to contact customer support and get a new code. The house was as pictured. There was enough seating and privacy for everyone in our group. Upon inspection, the cleaners left alot to be expected, Trash outside, inside, knife upstairs just to start. Around 8:30 pm we realized there were no sheets for the pull out couch. Called Vacasa and they said housekeeping would call me to arrange delivery that night. I waited over 30 minutes and still nothing. Thankfully we brought pillows and blankets of our own and found a flat sheet in a closet. As I pulled the sheets back on the king bed, the sheets were DIRTY! I let Vacasa know and they let household know it was urgent. We got no call or sheets by 10 pm so we just had to sleep on our blankets. The next morning I had to call Vacasa again to let them know no one showed up and that we didn't have enough towels. Finally someone showed around 11 am. The toilet downstairs isn't secured good and rocks. The outside area was amazing, peaceful! There was only 1 trash bag in the kitchen for our whole stay. The code to the house changed before checkout, my kids got locked out before 10 am. Overall, I would stay here again but I would check everything before night fall.

First family Vacay

The entire process was simple, which wasn’t expected because it was a last minute booking. The house was nice, easy access to everything and it was clean! We will definitely be coming back!

The property was ok. Living room furniture needs updating. Otherwise served it’s purpose. It was clean, beds comfortable. TV downstairs was not working upon check in. Called to have someone check it they did not call until 4pm the next day. By that time my husband had found the problem already.
