⭐️L'étoile du lac is a beautiful apartment for 8 people that combines the advantages of a position in the city center and the charm of a mountain atmosphere.

This completely renovated accommodation represents more than 140 m2 on the ground, (120m2 Carrez law).
It is located on the 3rd and last floor of a small condominium.
It will offer you a beautiful living space of more than 54m2 air-conditioned and a large south-facing terrace of about 40m2, protected by an awning.

This apartment has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with Tv, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a walk-in shower, bathtub and sauna and 1 separate toilet. The decoration is neat and warm, exposed beams, high ceilings, and top-of-the-range equipment, indeed, the living space has air conditioning, a pellet stove (1 bag offered for any stay), a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave...), a washing machine, wi-fi, hi-fi system, DVD player...
🚗You will also benefit from 2 parking spaces, as well as a room in the basement that can be used as a ski room.
Fully secured condominium by videophone and digicode. You will be located 250 m from the lake and the ski shuttle and 300m from the city center.
We work with Alexia's concierge service, who will welcome you and take care of your end-of-stay cleaning, but can also offer you various services.

Location très bien située, équipements électroménager et cuisine de belle facture. La literie est très bien, la pièce à vivre, seule pièce avec la climatisation est très agréable.Néanmoins plusieurs bémols: les pinces à linge cassées a 90/00, bondes baignoires et éviers déficients ou inopérant, panier lave vaisselle problématique, utilisation des baies vitrées coulissantes erratique.La climatisation annoncée lors de la réservation ne précisait pas qu'il n'y en avait pas dans les chambres, les chambres sont très petites , trop mansardées, exceptée l'une d'elle, pas de rangement penderie de fait. Nous étions 5 pour 10 nuits et nous avons réquisitionné une des chambres pour rangement.L'électricité est payante!

Sehr gute Lage, schöne saubere Wohnung. Leider wurden wir zum Abschluss zur Kasse gebeten um Strom zu bezahlen. Das ging aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor und kennen wir auch in der Form nicht.

Zeer tof appartement!

Het appartement is zeer ruim en mooi en gerieflijk ingericht. He is gezellig ingericht en alles is voorzien. Het was zeer proper en de bedden waren zeer comfortabel. Er is een groot zongericht terras, dit is een grote surplus, zelfs in de winter. De locatie is super, op wandelafstand van het centrum en winkels én de gratis pendelbus naar het skigebied. Super gemakkelijk! Wij waren zéér tevreden, een aanrader!

Très bel appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce très bel appartement, très agréable et fonctionnel, à deux pas du lac, des commerces et de la navette gratuite pour monter sur les pistes.

Un super séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce très bel et confortable appartement au mois d'août. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l'hébergement, le calme, la situation (à 5 mn du lac et du centre de Gérardmer) ainsi que l'accueil.

Top Apartement für größere Reisegruppen

Wir sind eine befreundete Motorradgruppe und waren an Pfingsten mit 8 Personen im Apartement einquartiert. Daß das Wetter uns nicht sehr wohlgesonnen war, war unproblematisch, da die Wohnung uns jegliches Equipement bot, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu geniessen. Der See, der sich ca. 200 m vom Haus befindet, lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich unmittelbar an der Wohnung und zur Innenstadt waren es auch nur 3 Gehminuten. Alles in allem waren wir alle rundum zufrieden.

Le séjour était parfait ! Un appartement très agréable, bien équipé, bien placé, Chaleureux et confortable ! La terrasse est spacieuse et plein sud !Des accueils et départs très sympathiques ! Bref parfait !
